The perfect place for family or romantic holidays: crystal clean blue sea, quiet fine pebble beach, with private sun awning, 4 sun beds and 3 sun chairs. The sea deepens smoothly and gradually.
The house is 50 m away from the sea. There is a natural garden in between the beach and the villa, with wild cypresses and juniper. The area is protected natura. On the way from the sea to the house, in the garden with olive trees, there is a spacious cosy outdoor shower cabin with cold and hot water (shampoo and soap available).
The barbecue zone with big charcoal grill is in the garden, firewood available.
There our guests will also find a sink with cold and hot water and all the utensils (plates, glasses, forks, knives, etc) at the cupboard next to the oven, dining table and 10 chairs. Everything there is ready for outdoor lunch or merry evening party!
The house has a big sitting room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with WC and a wash corner with shower and WC, spacious veranda facing the sea, all rooms have balconies.
Two bedrooms are on the first floor:

a double bed bedroom and
a bedroom with two single beds.
The third double bed bedroom is at the second floor. A traditional Greek sofas (big and cozy open sleeping zone for children or adults) is at the second floor, next to the window facing the sea. For our little guests we can offer a baby cot and a baby chair.
There are two comfortable sea view sitting areas, one at the first and other at the second floor, with sofas and armchairs.
The sitting room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned. The villa provides satellite TV, wireless internet, telephone, washing machine, ironing facilities, fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave oven, coffee machine and tableware.
All the house is full of light and freshness which come with the sun, cypresses, wild herbs and sea, and create an atmosphere of joy and happiness.
Our guests can use private parking at the villa fit for 4 cars.
Cleaning on request. Bed linen/towels change once a week (free of charge).
We are ready to assist in renting a car.

The house is just 4 km away from the charming Gennadi village with its old traditional houses, narrow streets with taverns offering traditional Rhodian food. There is a supermarket offering meat and poultry, drinks, cheese, cold cuts and household goods at very good prices, a grocery shop and a bakery at the central square of the village. There is also a Church, a pharmacy and the Medical First Aid Station.
Our guests can also visit Lahania village, a picturesque place 5 km away from the villa, Prassonissi cape is an ideal place for surfers...
There are a few nice restaurants and taverns in neighbouring villages where our guests can enjoy traditional Greek food: fresh local fish and sea products.
Kiotari tourist centre (shopping centre, restaurants, bars) is 10 km away from the Villa. Our guests can go Rhodes town (the capital of the island), Lindos, Pefki, Lardos, by regular bus from Gennadi.
The owner will be happy to give all possible assistance to the quests and advise on all issues concerning the place and environment.
