Tucked into one of Quinta do Lago’s quieter corners, Villa Milreu offers a generous, modern retreat designed for relaxed group stays. The villa’s five bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to offer comfort, privacy, and flexibility for families or friends travelling together.

Outside, the layout is geared towards laid-back socialising and long sunny days. A kidney-shaped pool is flanked by ten sun loungers, with multiple seating areas and a built-in barbecue just off the kitchen - perfect for group meals. A shaded pergola provides space for al fresco dining, while a corner sofa offers a front-row seat to the hilltop and coastal views, especially striking at dusk.

Indoors, an open-plan kitchen with sleek black marble counters connects to bright living and dining areas, thanks to full-length sliding doors. A large games room beneath the pool adds to the entertainment options. Bedrooms are spread across both floors, with several offering direct pool access or private terraces. The first-floor master suite includes a king-size bed, chaise longue, and balcony access overlooking the coastline.

Villa Milreu sits near the village of Estoi in the Algarve, offering a peaceful setting surrounded by rolling hills and citrus groves. This inland location balances rural calm with easy access to the region’s cultural highlights and coastline.

Just a short drive away, the Palácio de Estoi stands out with its grand gardens, decorative tilework, and striking blend of Baroque and Neoclassical architecture. History lovers will also appreciate the nearby Roman Ruins of Milreu, a well-preserved archaeological site with mosaics and remnants of a Roman villa.

Estoi itself is a quiet, characterful village, where whitewashed buildings and cobbled lanes reflect the Algarve’s traditional charm. Though the pace here is slower, Faro is within easy reach - offering international connections, shopping, dining, and a string of beaches along the coast.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €60 per day/minimun 300€ (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Please be aware that a Tourist Tax mandated by local authorities may apply to your stay and is subject to change; this is an additional fee to be to OT. The charge will be 2 Euros p.p for a max of 5 nights.
