The nearby village of St. Vlas offers numerous very reasonably priced restaurants and many shops on the winding paths leading into the village. In contrast the Marina at St Vlas offers a more sophisticated array of restaurants and bars.
The local bus stops outside the complex and runs regularly to Sunny Beach and Nessabar with stops at St Vlas and New Nessabar along the way. There are also taxis at the entrance to the complex so a car is not required for your stay.
Facilities on the complex include numerous pools including a wave pool, a private beach with a footpath leading down to the beach, tennis court, restaurants, supermarket, fitness club and sauna, childrens playgrounds.

The apartment is beautifully furnished in a modern contemporary design, with corner sofa and stylish dark wood furniture. The kitchen is fitted with modern silver and glass units and appliances including fridge/freezer, microwave and electric oven and hob. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and the living area.
