In the beautiful, serene and natural environment, with olive trees, Cypress trees, bananas, pine trees, and bougainvilleas, a mere 200m. from the sea (5min walking), we have created our exquisite stone made, Houses with a pool, and a Private outdoor SPA-Bath for each one!
They consist of three big bedrooms (one is Master bedroom with bathroom), two bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, balconies, garden, etc. Each house is 150 meters in size and have been designed in traditional Zakynthian style (in stone), the interior luxuriously styled and, of course, fully equipped throughout. There is also an ecological children's playground with tree houses, Dinner Kiosks, WIFI, Free Parking, BBQ and a big nice sh. swimming pool with pool Bar and Kiosks.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and all other necessary electrical equipment. All rooms have air conditioning.

The view from the balconies and rooms is magnificent overlooking the sea which is approximately 150-200m. from the houses and there are 3-4 beaches: St. Nicolas beach, Banana beach, plaka etc... Furthermore a five minute drive by car or even by bike will take you to Gerakas beach which belongs to the National Marine Park where the world-wide famous Caretta-Caretta turtles lay their eggs.
You can visit it, see the nests and swim with the turtles!!!!

The use of local traditional materials such as stone, timber, bricks and other ecological materials produced on the island and also the exquisite interior decoration has been successful in creating an extremely relaxing haven.

Approximately 150-200m. from Alegria Villas there is access to taverns, beach restaurants, S. Markets, Kiosks, ..etc. etc.(without disturbing!!!).
