A basic starter pack of groceries - so you do not need to rush to the super-market as soon as you arrive - including: Tea & Coffee,Sugar,Milch,Bread,Butter,Eggs,Salt & Pepper,Bottled water,Wine,Fruitdrink,Handsoap & Showercream, Hygienic paper as well as kitchen paper.
The house: A large suited, double-bedroom facing the sheltered pool, with bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and own sun-terrace. A medium-size twin-bedroom (beds can be put together forming a kingsize bed) with its own bathroom and facing a little patio (to be used as a sun-terrace). A large suited, twin-bedroom (also as kingsize bed) with bathroom, fireplace, walk-in wardrobe, with terrace facing the village and with a glimpse to the ocean. A twin-bedroom with shower en-suite, facing the pool. Very large kitchen (table for 8). A dining area with a table for 10. Spacious living room with a second fireplace. A conservatory area with a view down to the ocean. Central Heating all over the house (heating costs at extra costs). An outdoor glass-enclosed pool to be used in all kinds of weather (Please provide your own swimming towels). Closed parking area for up to 4 cars. ABOUT THE HOUSE:
Suitable even for a 3 generations family or a group of friends: no smoking in the villa (only in restricted smoking area in the sheltered pool with direct access from the house).
All four bedrooms are spacious and ensuite.
The villa is an architect designed private house furnished with rustical and antique furniture, pictures and rugs. Restrictions: no pets. Services: The in the annexe (there is no interference to your privacy because the annexe has a separate entrance and is without view/access to the pool-and garden area of the house) living property care-taker is always available for solving any problems or requests. Amenities: 2 fireplaces. Satellite tv+radio, DVD player, Cd player, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, linens and towels which are provided and changed every 7 days, 1 cot for a baby with bedding, and 1 high chair for a baby at extra charge as well as an additional bed for a supplementary 9th guest (only with owner´s permission). Washer, dryer, private outdoor glass enclosed pool, charcoal grill (BBQ). Own transport is recommended. Check-in and check-out times: arrivals: after 3pm and departures before 10am.
GOLF INFORMATION
There are several golf courses in proximity 6 FULL-LENGTH GOLF COURSES are WITHIN 15 MINUTES DRIVE. These include Penha Longa the famous Estoril Golf Club Quinta da Beloura near Sintra and Clube de Campo at Belas, north of the Royal Palace at Queluz. Next to Penha Longa are the practice facilities of the Academia International de Golf. In Cascais you have the Quinta da Marinha Golf Club and the Quinta da Marinha Oitavos Club.
