Casa Victoria is a modern and stylish villa in Sicily with expansive views to the bay of Palermo. Relax in a beautiful landscape, swim in a superb 12-metre pool and then freshen up with an outdoor shower. You’re also only a short drive from sandy beaches and the historic town of Cefalu.

This sleek and chic villa is split over 3 floors with stunning views from every room, including the sitting room/dining room, which has floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and the fully equipped modern kitchen. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms and air conditioning throughout, 8 guests can holiday in comfort. Sip a cocktail before dinner on the large top-floor balcony, and enjoy Wi-Fi access to keep up with the news from home.

Casa Victoria is close to the shops and facilities at Lascari and the mountain town of Gratteri, gateway to the Madonie National Park’s beautiful walks and mountain scenery. Visit Cefalu to experience authentic Sicilian culture on narrow medieval streets and its famous beaches with warm, calm water. Keep active by climbing the famous Rocca, which has amazing coastal scenes.

Just over an hour east of Palermo, Cefalù sits beautifully between a natural bay and the dramatic granite cliffs of La Rocca. Often described as one of Sicily’s most picturesque towns, it blends golden beaches, winding medieval streets, and a lively atmosphere with remarkable history and scenery.

Dominating the town is the magnificent Norman cathedral, built in the 12th century, whose twin towers rise above the rooftops and house striking mosaics. Below, narrow lanes are lined with inviting restaurants, cafés, and shops, many overlooking the rocky coastline. Cefalù’s long sandy beach is among the best in Sicily, easily accessible from the town and ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and family-friendly water activities.

For those seeking adventure, a climb to the summit of La Rocca rewards visitors with breathtaking views of the coast and the ruins of an ancient fortress and temple. Culture lovers can visit the Mandralisca Museum, home to notable artworks and curiosities, while nature enthusiasts will enjoy walking routes in the nearby hills.

Security deposit
€750 charged to client’s credit card by the owner as a pre-authorisation upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. Guests are required to separate and recycle waste correctly. If waste is not disposed of properly, a €200.00 fine will apply.
If guests prefer the local property managers to manage waste disposal, the cost is €75.00 per week.

Please note that published rates are only valid for the current year. Any bookings for subsequent years will be on request only and correct rates will be confirmed at the time of booking.


Please note that your booking will only be confirmed once we have checked availability with the owner or their property manager.


Kindly be advised that in the event of failure to properly dispose of urban waste on the premises, a supplement of €50 per week will apply (payable locally at checkout).

Weddings, stag/hen parties and any special events are on request only and subject to prior arrangement with the owner and additional charges.

End of stay cleaning available?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
