This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom retreat is positioned atop a breezy hill, allowing views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea to be enjoyed from almost every angle. Entry is made through an arched and gated courtyard, where lush gardens create an immediate sense of privacy and calm. The main level is arranged in an open plan layout, with a comfortable sitting room featuring a Smart TV and music centre, flowing into a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen designed for effortless living. An east facing patio and expansive terrace extend the living space outdoors, where al fresco dining is set beside the main pool. Sea stones, a wooden sun deck, an unheated plunge pool, and an outdoor shower complete this sun drenched setting, ideal for long, leisurely days spent outdoors.

Accommodation is thoughtfully arranged to suit families or couples seeking a refined yet laid back escape. The primary suite occupies an elevated position, where a king size bed is oriented toward a large picture window that captures the surrounding scenery. This air conditioned bedroom includes a walk in closet, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the hills and sea beyond. On the lower level, two further air conditioned bedrooms are found, one with twin beds convertible to a queen and the other with a queen bed. Each features an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace with sea views. The villa is protected by a monitored alarm system, and flexibility is offered through the option to rent only the primary suite while retaining full use of the villa (outside of the lower level). Casa Capview is ideally located within minutes of championship golf courses, beaches, dining, shopping, and the cultural highlights of northern Saint Lucia.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Minimum stay
7 nights during the Christmas period, 5 nights during Carnival, and 3 nights all other times.
