There’s also 1-full bath (a rarity among the 2-bedroom condos at Snowater), a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher and a pass-through to the living/dining area, plus a small wet bar area tucked under the stairwell in the hallway. A combination living and dining area features a dining table with four chairs (perfect for playing games), a gas fireplace to cozy up to, a flat-screen monitor with Firestick TV, and a balcony where you can sit and relax with your favorite beverage while enjoying the sights and sounds of the river rushing by. Ascending the stairwell to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-king-sized bed and plenty of closet space, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer. Don’t forget Fido! Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River, which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, a ping-pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas, a children’s play structure, and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function correctly.
