Villa Rosa Marjorie

Villa Rosa is a beautifully presented small development of 20 apartments and 6 villas situated around a good size pool, set in lush gardens. It is in a quiet part of Candolim close to Fortune hotel and conveniently located for Candolim's attractions and the beach. There is parking within the complex for scooters/motorbikes and 24 hour security(CCTV) plus a small gym. The owners, who live locally, refurbished the apartment in 2021 . The bedroom is spacious with a balcony. Includes a king size bed, bedside tables, dressing table and large wardrobe and recently fitted new AC unit.
The open plan lounge/kitchen includes a flat screen TV, seating area and dinning table with chairs, it also has a pleasant balcony and newly fitted AC. The kitchen are was refitted in 2021 and includes a microwave,toaster and kettle, fridge/freezer and automatic washing machine and three burner gas hob. WiFi is included and the apartment is serviced twice weekly. Additional cleaning can be arranged if required ( paid for locally). Bed linen and towels are provided and changed twice weekly when the apartment is cleaned. The windows all have lockable grilles and there is a small safe.

As the owners live locally any niggles, which can so easily occur, can be ironed out quickly, so you can be sure of a stress free stay. Airport pick up can be arranged to get you straight to the apartment.
