The villa itself is new and boasts a large private pool in private gardens. The property has a walled in garden and gated entrance. The garden is good for picnics and outdoor dining, there is also an outdoor kitchen.
Inside the villa are 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. A large open plan living room, dining room, kitchen.
The kitchen has an oven, microwave, double sized fridge freezer, induction hob, washing machine and dishwasher. Also, a coffee maker, all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
All 5 bedrooms and the living room have 42" plasma TVs with cable channels which include local and international stations.

Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B7.5 per unit. Average daily consumption based on 11 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day.
The Villa is very close to Fisherman's Village, so there is a possibility for noise from hotels close by and some building work during the daytime
