6 Bedroom villa with pool, 2 minutes walk to Calangute Beach
Welcome to Villa Calangute Phase 2- where guests return year after year. Villa Calangute is ideally located 2 minutes from the beach and set to European standards.
Stylish and spotless our rooms are large, airy and tastefully decorated with stylish wall hangings and pictures.
The pool is located at the side of the villa and the high compound wall offers a degree of privacy as well as a peaceful retreat, and there's even a shaded terrace to escape the midday sun. The 36 meter squared swimming pool consists of an 8 meter squared kid’s pool. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 2 minute walk to the sea and beach! Pool timing is from 8 am to 8 pm.
Six Bedrooms- all the bedrooms have elegant French windows which lead to a large balcony. The balcony has comfortable seating where you can sit down and soak in the sea breeze. 4 bedrooms have king size bed whereas the other 2 bedrooms have twin beds (which can come together as a king bed). All bedrooms within the property are serviced by an air conditioning unit and ceiling fan, seating, wardrobe, mirror and bedside table. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor so is ideal for people with particular mobility requirements. The other four bedrooms are located on the first floor. All windows to the villa have meshed insect blinds. Six extra mattresses can be provided upon request.
Five Bathrooms- each contain a hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. The blue, lemon, and purple bedrooms are en suite bathroom. The grey mirrored bedroom has a bathroom just next to the bedroom. The green and pink bedroom has a common bathroom.
Kitchen- offers everything that a self-catered villa would need with clean worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks or delivered by a restaurant for an additional cost. If you wish to opt for a cook, this should be confirmed at the time of the booking. We have limited cooks and it will be difficult to provide the service last minute. Your cook will only be booked once fully payment is made towards this service.
AC Living Room- situated on the ground floor and opens out onto a covered terrace leading into the garden. Seating is provided on the front porch. The living room has 2 sofas and a coffee table. Television with cable, books, board games and magazines are also provided.
Dining Room- the villa has a diner cum kitchen. A dining table with 12 chairs where you can enjoy a home cooked meal, order in or ask the Villa Calangute Staff to cook you some authentic Goan dishes.
Garden- the whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding gardens. The charming garden is very pretty and well tended and stocked with fruit trees. The large lawn area provides lots of space to run around or just sit back and relax on the sun beds. The separate patio area is ideal for a BBQ.

HOUSEKEEPING
-Done daily for 4 hours.
-Bed linen and towels are provided and changed every 5th day.
- A gardener maintains the garden area.
Once you have confirmed your booking, we will send you a link in which you can purchase extra shopping items which will be ready for you on your arrival. We do not charge for this extra service, you only pay for the items purchased.
Optional Third Party Services: - Please confirm at the time of booking:
- Weber BBQ for rent with coal + Petroleum Jelly - INR 3000 for 1 time use
- Car Rental - Airport Pick up/Daily Rental can be organized by us with a third party after you’re booking is confirmed. You will have to pay the rental company directly and not us.
