The house is a comfortable ancient country villa with private pool (Open from June to September) , very clean and well furnished with ancient furniture, recently restructured, 7 Km distant from Ragusa, 15 Km distant from the sea and from the free sandy beaches (10-15 minutes by car). It is situated in the South-East of Sicily in a very quite region ( more south of Tunisi ).
It can accommodate 7 people.
In this house there are:
At the first floor: a matrimonial (double) room, a room with two beds, a bathroom without shower, a panoramic terrace with view on the country where you can see wonderful and romantic sunsets on the country up to the sea.
At the ground floor: a living room with a couch-bed, a typical kitchen in tiles, a bathroom with shower
In a lovely annex with private bathroom, 2 more people can also be accommodated
Outside in the garden there is the swimming pool (available from June to September) and numerous corners to relax, to to eat or to enjoy the sun in all tranquillity and independence not too far from the sea.

Ragusa is a very appealing baroque city in a place very favorable for
tourists to visit the south-oriental Sicily (Taormina, Etna, Syracuse,
Noto, Ispica, Piazza Armerina, Agrigento, Morgantina etc.). For baroque
monuments and his particular beauty recently Ragusa has been declared
patrimony of the UNESCO together with Noto, Modica, Scicli and other
cities of the southeast of Sicily.
