Rent Private Villa 036 is in the perfect location for those wanting a peaceful summer break. The first thing you notice about this gated property is its lush green gardens and palm trees. It has covered off road parking and there is a fenced rear garden with side gate access. The owner has paid great attention in both looks and comfort to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. The style of the property is simple but it gives a warm and homely feeling from the moment you enter.

The kitchen area complete with breakfast bar and 4 stools is equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven and hob and there is a window above the double sink which lets in the glorious sunshine.

The ground floor has a handy utility room with washing machine, broom and mop. There is also a large shower room with gold and brown mosaic tiles, vanity mirror and glass shelving for your toiletries.

Relax on the large comfortable leather settee, in the air-conditioned lounge, and rest your drinks on the wooden coffee table. Enjoy watching the flat screen TV. Decorative vases, mirrors and canvases add to the homely feel. Two sets of patio doors lead out to the beautiful garden and pool area.

The raised patio is the perfect place to spend your time lazing under the glorious sunshine with your cocktails or ice-cold beer. A glass table and 4 chairs are provided for al fresco dining and shade can be found under a wooden pergola. Have some family fun splashing around in the crystal clear pool or just relax on one of the 4 sunbeds. The large spacious patio is surrounded by beautiful mature gardens, which makes this property stand out from the rest. A traditional Cypriot BBQ, clay oven, sink and shower complete your outdoor facilities.

A stained glass window over the stairs allows the bright sunshine to flood the villa. Stairs complete with handrail lead to the 1st floor bedrooms, a double and a twin, and family bathroom. The bathroom with blue and white mosaic tiles has shower over bath, under sink storage and glass storage shelves.

Both the bedrooms have wooden effect floor tiles, a window with blinds, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps and each have a door leading to a shared balcony with slight sea views.

Lovely self-contained villa with its own pool on the edge of Ayia Napa (actually Ayia Thekla). Very quiet area compared to the centre of Ayia Napa. That could be a problem if you wanted to walk to a restaurant or bar but there is a good bus service and there is a cycle lane all the way if you have a bike. We had a hire car so wasnt a problem for us...

Demby was excellent at communication, and quickly sorted out a few minor issues. The location of the house is a bit far out unless you have a car. There is very good WiFi and A/C. Demby is an excellent host but a few things need added…. Some more tools for the bbq , wood fired oven to start..!!
