Typical stone-built country house in the countryside around Lucca, carefully renovated in 2002 keeping its original features. The house is near the main villa but completely independent. The extensive green areas, the amenities and its vicinity to the most famous art cities in Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa and Florence and other towns of great tourist interest like Montecatini and Forte dei Marmi, make Villa Cerbaie the ideal place to spend a holiday with family and friends. The renovation works focused on enhancing the living area open on three sides with large French windows, giving onto the garden and portico. This layout is ideal to enjoy the view of the garden and swimming pool but also fills the room with bright intense light right up to sunset for the guests to enjoy.
