The geographic location of the villa is ideal for groups of friends who want to alternate between relaxing and going on cultural outings throughout this area of Tuscany. You can easily reach Florence and Pistoia, as well as Lucca and the Terme di Montecatini. You can also easily reach by motorway the beaches of Versilia. The spacious outdoor areas are characterised by a swimming pool (12x6, 0.90-1.40m deep) (02/06-29/09 open from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm) situated 150 m from the house, with an outdoor shower.
