Upstairs is the spacious lounge/dining room (7m x 5m) with a feature fireplace and a log burning fire. The Widescreen TV can receive UK channels via Internet TV. We have free wireless broadband available, if you bring your laptop, tablet or smart phone. The dining area contains a large glass-topped dining table. Three sets of patio doors lead to the broad balcony terrace with extensive views. There's a barbecue built into the balcony. The recently updated 4.5 x 3m kitchen is well equipped, spacious and opens up into the lounge, separated by a breakfast bar with stalls. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, dish washer, microwave and automatic clothes washing machine.

Villa Details - Downstairs
A spiral staircase fitted with safety gates leads to the downstairs hall and bedrooms. All the bedrooms have en suite facilities, built in wardrobes and a patio door leading to the pool and garden terrace.
The 1st bedroom (5m x 5m) has a newly refurbished en suite bathroom, a double bed and room for another single bed or a cot. The 2nd bedroom (4m x 4.5m) has en suite access to the main villa bathroom, two single beds and a sofa that converts into two additional single beds with full depth mattresses.
The 3rd bedroom (3.5m x 4m) has an en suite shower room and two single beds. All permanent beds are equipped with duvets.

Villa Details - Approach, Garden and and Pool
The villa is approached by a cobblestone driveway, with ample parking. A shaded terrace leads onto the private pool terrace (with a high wall that cant be overlooked). There are plenty of sun loungers. Wide shallow steps lead into the large 10m x 5m swimming pool.
