We chose the location of the residence very carefully, because it was intended for a permanent residence. Because of my children I looked for a plot that was close enough to the beach and shops so that we didn't need a car, but also far enough away that we wouldn't be bothered by the noise of the beach and was safe for the children. This is how we built the house with love and passion, so that it is very functional, with a fenced yard of 500 sq.m. green, with space for parking, barbecue, outdoor shower closed. The house has a security door, aluminum windows with double glazing and screens, two bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and living room, kitchen, all fully equipped.
