Property was great from an internal perspective. Lots of room for a family and 3 great bathrooms.
There were 3 main issues
1. Outside cleanliness. The cleaning contractors don’t clean outside so the seating area at the front had to be cleaned and mopped by us. The sunloungers were filthy and unusable 
3. BBQ was left unclean from previous occupiers
2. Wifi didn’t work for the first week but improved week 2

Overall a great villa but the outside needs to be included in the cleaning contract

I stayed in Andy's villa for a week with my family and I found it to be a fantastic villa with some great places to visit locally. My children loved the swimming pool, they were in there before we had even unpacked. The 3 bathrooms had just been refurbished, they were lovely and we were really surprised how spacious the villa was especially the 2 gardens. We would definitely book again, Andy was really helpful and we had an awesome time.
