We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at the apartment. It is very well situated for the centre of Calangute but quiet and relaxing. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Bedding and towels were good quality with extra face cloths and pool towels. Hot water always available and good wi if. Sarah replied quickly to any questions we had.

Excellent stay but a little more TLC needed in apartment.

Conveniently situated this property is ideal. We are two couples who have been travelling to Goa for many years and enjoyed our stay at this property, it was spacious and comfortable. We did experience a couple of problems which were dealt with pretty quickly, apart from the a/c in one of the bedrooms but this was down to the installers not the owner. I think the only real complaint was the handover on arrival, it was early hours of the morning when we arrived and we were literally just handed a key and the lady left. It was only the following morning when we discovered there was no gas to the hot plate. This should have been checked prior to our arrival. Having said that the owner Dave dealt with the situation immediately. Would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

I feel the property is worth

I was there with family on Christmas and this property made our stay very comfortable. It was well equiped with all neccessary aminities (especially a family with a kid) would look for. It was neat tidy. Apart from this, location is excellent... both BAGA and Calangute beach were minutes walk away. In overall VALUE FOR MONEY!

Good value, nice pool. Only down side was the painters on the complex leaving a mess on the entrance & their noise. Would use again. Thanks Dave & Sarah for looking after us.

Blown away...thats all i can say!! Mum , Dad said it was the best holiday we could give them. Loved every moment and will visit it again if i had the oppurtunity. A suggestion though from one home owner to the one who owns it...over time the place wears out and with a little TLC (tender , love , care) it will go a long way...the extractor does not work...lotsa ants in d place and cracks show.Dont let these destroy G1M All the best and god bless.Thx 4 a wondeful holiday. We are familiar with appartments at Lotus Suites having stayed in other appatments there. This is by far the best and best value one we have stayed in. If you are familiar with the varied standard of accommodation in Goa, everything from backpacker dorms to the luxury of the Jaj Exotica, then this villa is an excellent choice for a good property priced below average.
