Fantastic villa in a wonderful location - could not have been better. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Lovely pool and garden with everything you could need. Lovely to have all en suite facilities. Easily arranged transfers to and from the villa made the journey so much easier. I would highly recommend this villa and would very happily return for another stay.

The villa was absolutely amazing. Only a short walk from town centre. Plenty of amenities. Will definitely be returning again in the future.

We stayed in the Villa for 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. We were 6 adults and 2 children (age 2 and 4 years old). This area is perfect, quiet, clean and beautiful. The pool is awesome. The Villa is fantastic. Enough space for group of people to sleep in but a large group of adults might find the living room a bit small, it didn´t bother us though. Having stayed in that area before, we would definitely recommend this villa, and for a group of 6 to 10 people this is excellent. We would also like to thank the owner and housekeeper who did everything to make our stay at the villa a pleasant one. Were already starting to plan our next visit to Casa Guapi :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definately go again. It was clean and fully equipped. The pool was only 25 yards away and it was a beautiful pool with a waterfall and palm trees and it was never busy. It was open from 9am until 10pm. There was a large supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Great family holiday!!

The villa was lovely and was just what we was expecting as the pictures are very accurate. Everything you could want was provided. We also had a 3 year old who absolutely loved the pool, because there is a separate shallow part for them to play in. Great location, only about a 10min walk into town. I would defiantly recommend this villa to friends and others

Propert really good only one thing the whole party thought was that the pool had no real shallow end ( only a paddling area ) which could be hazardous for children mis-judging the depth between them ( non-swimmers too ) We all ahd a great week - thanks Regards Jenny

We enjoyed our stay at the villa very much. The pool is great and the villa also. The location is also great, 5 minutes walk from a good supermarket and you can walk to a number of bars and restaurants near by.

My family and I stayed in the Villa Rosa for my 50th birthday for a week. We had never been to Turkey before and were very impressed with Dalayan. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa and also convenience stores. We sampled many of the restaurants and found the staff very accommodating and friendly, the food was of very good standard and very reasonably priced. There were lots of places to visit and the organised trips were again very reasonable priced. The area was beautiful. The villa itself was lovely, very spacious and comfortable with an excellent pool and terraces. The bedrooms were large with plenty of cupboard and storage space and the bathrooms were all of a very high standard. The living areas were large and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. It was situated in an excellent location for access to all amenities. My only criticism is with myself for not going for a fortnight and all of our party felt the same. We would definitely go back. We had a family holiday in Dalyan with parents and grandparents and stayed at Villa Rosa! Having not been to Turkey before we didnt know what to expect but could not have asked for anything more! The villa was beyond our expectations with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, so privacy for all, but also a lovely big outside area to get together and our own gorgeous pool! We took teh opportunity to go on a private boat trip which was fantastic with an inclusive BBQ at sea, and enjoyed delicious meals every night in the various restaurants!! I would absoulutely recommend this villa and Dalyan to anyone!!

We love Dalyan and this villa is in a great spot - easy walking access to everything. The villa is delightful. Spacious, well equipped (we particularly appreciated the bicycles) and tastefully decorated. A great location for two families to enjoy some sunshine!
