Beautiful spacious apartment located above owners house, totally private but with added benefit of being able to reach out to owners Rita and Anna whenever we need anything and they were really helpful. Apartment is modern, super clean and had everything we needed. Pool was great, perfect for family of 5. We were made really welecome and would stay again for sure if we are are in Puglia again.

Had a wonderful stay, the owners Rino, Anna and Vito made us very welcome, fresh homemade Lasagne and their own estate wine on our arrival, delicious focaccia and garden tomatoes during our stay. They couldn't do enough for us! The villa was spotless, and facilities very good. The pool area was beautiful, lovely terrace and onsite parking. You do need a car to explore the beautiful beaches (15 - 20 mins away), local supermarket (5 mins), San Vito Dei Normanni (10 mins) with many restaurants, and we had some wonderful meals at nearby Agriturismo's, Thanks guys we had a great time!!!

The villa was fantastic the pictures on this website do not do it justice. The pool was bigger than it looked and there is everything you could possibly need at the villa. The only downside is that is right at the top of a couple of banks, not good if you have walking difficulties. The club is at the bottom, and reception staff not very friendly towards women, they seemed quite friendly with the males, whenever my husband or brother ordered taxis there was no problem but if I ordered one they actually charged me 40 cents for the phone call. Taxis where do I start, at one point we waited over an hour for one outside of reception. Two days before we were due home the reception told us there is a bus stop across the road and for only one euro this bus takes you to old town and they run every half hour. I would suggest car hire. In spite of this we did have a fantastic holiday and I would definately return but would hire a car next time.

Lovely quiet spot for an end of March holiday. Need a car to get around though - the Italians have not really started holidaying from the North at this time so places right on the beach are closed or quiet. Lovely appartment and Rino and Rita are very friendly. They see to your needs, without imposing, and are great for suggesting things to do and places to eat. Great to sit in Italian restaurants, surrounded by Italians and their families. Food prices are very reasonable - Vigna Marina take top bill from us. Ostuni is only 10 minutes away if you want large town atmosphere, with lots of character. Don't forget the phrase book, although everyone seems happy to try a little English. Chao!

We stayed at the Yellow Beach House for 2 weeks in May08.
We found it a very good location from which to explore Puglia.

Rino & Rita were very helpful + took us around the local area during the 1st week, + collected us from Ostuni & delivered us back again when we left.

Thank you for all your kindness
- Including the provisious eggs, bread, butter etc.
Very thoughtful !!!

All the best.

The Yellow Beach House:

We came from far away to find the most friendly and beautiful place.
We had everything you could ask for ocean out the windows, sun in the sky, great food, and even better company!
Thank you for the wonderful memories they will stick to us like sand from the ocean!

Thank you!

Fantastic individual property. All the necessary facilities and more for your stay. Great value for money. Close to the beach (max 100 yards) but far enough away for peace and quiet. Rino & Rita will attend to all your needs answer all your questions and have a wealth of knowledge of their area. Rino speaks English. They provide all the info & more for all the sites, sounds and local eating places of the area, (plus the places that Puglians like to keep to themselves). Little English is spoken in the area, but don't worry just point or mime the Italians are excellent at mime. Although a phase book may be handy. The locals are very simplistic friendly people who adamantly refuse to join the rat race. Hooray for them!!! An excellent opportunity to taste La Dolce Vita, meet & live like real locals, see history from a time before the dinosaurs to date, barter in the daily markets, taste the local wines & victuals ( For the wine buffs even the local vino di tavola is very enjoyable @ only 5 euro a gallon), wander the streets of Ostuni, Caravigno, San Vito, Mesagne in the morning or evening and see towns whose buildings date from the 11th century - that are still in use, visit frescoes, subterranean churches, museums, archaeological sites and remains from 3000 BC in the heat of the day (all free). In your wanderings watch agricultural work unchanged for 3000 years & taste its produce. A veritable living museum. Visit Pineta 2000 Restaurant, a short stroll from the house, & meet Donato, the patron, with his Father Christmas personality & face. He speaks English. Open all year. Finally return to you haven & relax in comfort

…..Hello Rino, hello Rita.
So finally the web site of your pretty beach house is born!!!

I'm so happy watching it and also very proud to be one of your first guests as well as a person born in that wonderful place which is Brindisi, its people and the surrounding area.

What to say now:
First I like the house, where my family and I spent 3 nice and relaxing weeks last July.
We liked so much that we are coming back this July !!!!

Your kindness and assistance really helped us to feel at home since the last moment.
Last year the sea water was so clean and warm that I thought Tropical paradises moved up to Brindisi.

Now I'm sending a link to your web site to all of my friends.

I hope you'll post my comment.

Ciao
