1 bedroom Sliema holiday penthouse rental

The flat was clean and well presented with fantastic views over Sliema and right across the harbour to Valletta and Fort St Elmo. There was one large terrace with table and chairs on the lower floors and two smaller one's off the bedroom and one of those also had a table and chairs. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the area was very quiet so we slept very well. The shower was powerful and we never ran out of hot water. Both TV's and air con were easy to use with no issues. We didn't do any cooking but everything was there to prepare a good meal. Wifi was excellent. Strong signal and no lagging issues. Communication with the owners was excellent. Pre trip, any questions i asked were responded to within hours. Our flight was diverted and was four hours late, landing at 1am but we had been supplied with our contacts phone number so i was able to text her from France to warn her. She contacted the taxi driver they had arranged to meet us and he was there with a card showing our name at arrivals. He also had the key's and information we needed to get in and straight to bed. Our contact Alex arrived in the morning and guided us around every aspect of the property. We also had been emailed clear, easy to read instructions on every aspect of the property from floor plans to how to use the safe, tv, air con , wifi etc. I also contacted Alex by phone and text a few time's with questions during our visit and had no problem speaking to her or getting a reply. As our flight home was not until the evening we were allowed a late check out as no one was booking in that day. Very much appreciated. We'll be back to Malta and would have no hesitation booking this property again. A very relaxing stay.
