The beach, the elegant Pescara shopping district, dining and entertainment is only 10 minutes away and within a 30 minute drive you will find yourself in the mountains where you can ski in winter and hike in the summer. Historic villages to explore are also close by. Pescara Airport is also only a 15 minute drive away.

With only a short flight away from London, Paris, Berlin, Frankfurt and other key European and Italian cities you land at Pescara airport and with a 20 minute drive from the airport you will arrive at the 500Sqm villa that sits on its own 50,000Sqm private land.

Villa Adriatica
Surrounded by dramatic scenery, privacy, wonderful beauty, fresh air, Villa Adriatica is close proximity to vast stretches of beaches, great Italian shopping, nightlife and conveniently close to the Pescara airport and Pescara train station. For a list of things to see and do in the surrounding area.

The 500 square meter villa is surrounded by abundant organic fruit and olive trees. It has a unique, elegant, and fresh design reflecting its own creativity – something that you will not find anywhere else in Pescara!

The interior is very spacious with high ceilings, yet is inviting and cozy and full of natural light. The ground floor consists of 4 spacious bedrooms: 1 large master bedroom with an en suite Jacuzzi bathroom and dressing room as well as 3 other bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom.

The large living room and dining room overlooks wonderful views, and the outside terrace provides a large space to experience and enjoy meals “al fresco”. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The underground floor has ample indoor parking

*** Things to Do ***
The centre of Pescara, with its designer and high street shops, is a 10-minute drive from the villa and there are also some best kept secrets where you can purchase designer fashion from designer factory outlets at heavily discounted prices. The beach is also a 10 minutes drive away, and if you like you can take a day trip and explore the islands of Isole Tremiti. For a list of things to see and do in the surrounding area.

Small charming characteristic towns, open markets and local festivals in the nearby area are ideal for day trips to explore. And in the evenings, the beach cafes and the old town of Pescara Porto transform themselves into vibrant night spots. Or if you like you can even catch a bus, train or drive on the “Auto Strada” to Rome for a day trip which takes only around 2 hours to get there!

The mountain range also known as "La Bella Dormentata" (The Sleeping Beauty) is 40 mins away and can be seen from the villa and Abruzzos extensive park system includes natural beauty akin to national parks in the western United States. Within Abruzzos parks lie some of Italys most beautiful ancient hill towns rivaling those of Tuscany and Umbria.

*** Winter Sports ***

The region has 15 ski resorts with 368 km of runs in 172 different ski tracks, all within a drive away. The most popular resorts are Roccaraso, Campo Felice, Campo Imperatore. Located on the highest altitudes of the Apennines, these ski areas are at heights nearly comparable to many resorts in the Alps. Because of their proximity to the Adriatic and winter precipitation patterns, they often have more snow than the Alps. Abruzzo also is popular for cross country skiing, especially on the high plain of Campo Imperatore in the Gran Sasso as well as the Piana Grande in the Majella.

Let us know if you have any other questions and we will be more than happy to help you have a great experience at Villa Adriatica.

Family from Sutton, United Kingdom Jul 2016

We were a family group of 10 adults and 5 children. We were holidaying in the area, enjoying the beaches and the culture. The villa met all our needs. It is beautifully situated with stunning views.

There is much to commend and not a great deal to criticize. The situation of the villa is stunning, on the top of a hill with uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside, towns and sea encompassing a sweep of about 200 degrees as you stand on the extensive patios. As an ardent photographer there was no lack of stimulation. The villa is located close to the surrounding towns and shopping although a car is a necessity. The owner's supplied a guide to the area was extensive, clear and helpful. The furnishings and decor of the villa were comfortable and pleasant. Our group enjoys cooking and we found that the kitchen was very well supplied with all the necessary equipment.

We were in agreement that the bathroom facilities were a little below the quality of the rest of the house. All the required equipment was present, but the bathtub/shower was tired-looking and the shower was uncomfortable to use because it required standing sideways in a narrow tub and there were no grab-bars in the event of a slip. The master bedroom had a giant tub and a hand shower that worked poorly.

As our stars above show, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa not with standing our concerns with the shower facilities. It was overall a pleasant stay and a splendid location for day trips in Abruzzo.

Perfect home that will satisfy any travelers needs. The villa is well appointed and quite secure with a gate and alarm system. Daniela, the owner, is always very responsive and her family is close by to care for any thing we needed. The views are spectacular both day and at night. If you have never been to Abruzzo, I highly recommend staying at this villa to have the best experience of the area. It is within an hours reach of Chieti, Castelli, Lanciano, Ortona and Vasto. My husband and I plan to stay here again in the future with other friends. Don't pass up this wonderful Home Away from Home.

From Alexandria, USA Jun 2013

We were a party of six adults so having a large house with 4 ensuite bedroom, with a/c, was extremely nice. The location was great, high on a hill with great views , with easy access to the beaches and mountains. While we totally enjoyed our stay, there were a few things that would have made it even better: the hand held showers in the twin bedrooms had very little water pressure and it was hard to regulate the temperature, updating the living room and patio would make it more inviting to enjoy the beautiful views. Some basic kitchen staples would be nice - dish soap, S&P.
We had one issue - The kitchen sink did not drain but Pedro came right over and fixed it.
I agree with another reviewer, it does seem to appear the house is still under construction, nothing to interrupt your stay just some finishing touches - switch covers, landscaping.
Overall - a wonderful stay in a beautiful house. We loved Abruzzo and cant wait to come back and I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

From Detroit Lakes, USA Sep 2012

The villa was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. We did not feel cramped wih 12 people staying there. One evening we had a mall wedding reception and the guests were impressed by the villa itself and the spectacular view. It was my most comfortable stay in Italy and wished we could have stayed longer.

I have some recommendations to make that would make a stay at the villa even better. Some larger bath towels would be nice. The toaster is less than efficient an could be replaced. And, a larger, non-stick fry pan would be handy. Cooking for 12 people in two very small pans is unhandy. These changes are small but would add greatly to the comfort of the stay.

I will be recommending the Villa to my friends, some of whom are planning a visit next summer.

From Montreal, Canada Jun 2010

The property is huge and view spectacular. Towels and toilet paper quantities is really really appreciated. Transport i.e. car is a must.
