A wonderful June stay — would return without hesitation We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Kalithea this June, and it was everything we had hoped for. The villa itself was a delight, with stunning views from every corner, and the setting was hard to fault. The owners, Hans and Natasja, were wonderfully attentive and helpful throughout, responding very quickly and very generously with advice and information at our every request. A practical note for future guests: a car is essential. The drive up the winding hill felt a little daunting the very first time, but it quickly became second nature — by the second day none of us gave it a thought. You need the car both for the local villages and for the nearest beach, which is only about five minutes down the hill but not somewhere you would want to walk in the heat. We ate extremely well. Vitamins Taverna was excellent, with stunning bay views — so good that we went twice — and the people there were utterly charming. The other recommended Taverna next door, but was closed when we visited, but apparently is also fredahad@me.comcellent. Taverna Agni gave us a couple of very good meals too. We also spent two days at beach clubs, Bahia Mare and Verde Blue, and the food at both was genuinely good — surprisingly so, in fact, given they have something of a captive audience. Both great for a nearby beach day. We hired a boat from Fontas at Nisaki Harbour for a day at sea, and it was truly one of the highlights for our party. Exploring the beautiful, secluded coves and beaches in this part of Corfu was gorgeous. Navigating the 30 hp boat was simple enough, and no licence was needed. There was a small misunderstanding over the agreed price right at the end, but it was a minor thing and certainly did not take any shine off what was an excellent experience. We spent one pleasant morning at Cassiope, which was well worth the short trip. Beyond that we did not venture much further afield — there was more than enough on the doorstep to keep us happily occupied, and we never felt we were missing out. We were travelling with a toddler, who was very happy throughout, and the immediate area suited us perfectly. All in all, a memorable holiday in a lovely spot, and one we would repeat without hesitation. Highly recommended.

We Stayed as a family of six with our 2 grandchildren, we loved everything about the villa. We had the most amazing stay and would definitely return and will be recommending this to friends or family wanting to stay in Corfu.

Die Villa und insbesondere die Aussicht war traumhaft schön! Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Man sollte ein höheres Auto nutzen, da es sehr steil ist. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und Partys sind nicht erlaubt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub, danke!

Great place with Amazing views!

We had an absolutely incredible stay in Villa Kalithea. The views were stunning as was the villa in general. A very magical location and an absolutely perfect villa. A lovely location, with a good choice of restaurants within a short drive. Hans was extremely responsive to all our needs and that made a real difference to our stay. We would highly recommend Villa Kalithea. Ten out of ten for sure!

My friends and I rented a place for a girls' getaway, and we couldn't have found a better place! The villa and garden with a swimming pool are beautiful! Everything looks even better in real life than in the photos. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped—just like in a normal home—it had everything, even plastic containers in which we could take fruit on a boat trip and plastic tableware for use by the pool. Before our arrival, Hans and Natasja sent me complete instructions for the entire house and recommendations for good restaurants and shops. Communication with them was very quick and pleasant. You can even order fresh bread from the bakery in town for delivery in the morning! I haven't rented many houses in my life, but I am quite demanding when it comes to vacation conditions, and this house is really wonderful and truly worth recommending.
