Hi, We fell in love with the townhouse as soon as we were shown around it. The location couldn't be better. Out of the garden gate and into the pool, what more could we want? We agreed to buy it there and then. That was in 2018. It hadn't been lived in for a long time and needed some TLC to get it in good condition. My partner and I worked hard for several weeks before considering letting it to holidaymakers. We had it painted throughout by a contractor after which, I carried out the rest of the work. We were living in the UK at the time and visited whenever we could. I brought back with me on one trip over, a powerful water pump, that was fitted on the roof and provides a great shower and better tap pressure than most properties on the complex. I retired in November 2019 from driving passenger trains for Greater Anglia and moved to a villa that we bought in Peyia not too far from the townhouse. I am a qualified drone pilot, having taken my exams here and registered with the aviation authority. Clips go onto my youtube channel and Facebook page.
