We reported the pool having loads of black things in it. The owner sent out pool cleaner but bugs etc kept getting into the screened pool as the screen was broken in a few places and not fitted to the floor correctly. We had to continually clean it and on one occassion a large 2-3inch beetle was found floating in the pool. The area around the pool inside the screened area had not been cleaned and there was a load of dirt piled up around the pool along one side, the drainage vents were also in need of a clean. The property had facilities but lacked a decent clean inside and the drinking water tap on the sink was broken. The cleaners are not cleaning and even lampshades were layered in dust. Some of the towels had holes in them , and some of the wall sockets seem to be loose. The house is quite large with 4 bedrooms but my husband and I had trouble finding a bed that didn't creak and make noises when you move or rolled into the centre or feel like you are sliding off. I would suggest to the owner to get some new beds and do a site check on the cleaners for the cleanliness side as they dont appear to be cleaning properly. I do have photos I can send if required
