First of all, on Google location one will never able to find the place. The villa is under different name (Paradise Villa) and than you have individual named Villas. The property is tired and it's not what is showing in photos. Beds/linens are of poor quality. The blanket was too small for big person. Kitchen was not cleaned when we arrived, found hair in one of the bowl, spoons were oily! Etc. Lastly, the outside bin was not emptied for God knows how many days. Anyways, after disappointing stay we have to check out 1 day earlier and book a night some where else. I afraid cannot recommend Paradise Villas.

Excellent value stay all in all. Very difficult to find the property though, some directions with landmarks etc would be much more helpful, still unclear whether it's in Sarlata, Metaxata or Svoronata. No towels on arrival but called and these were delivered the next day. The place is lovely. With so much room for a family, we had 5 adults and a baby and it was very comfortable. The pool is excellent and cleaned regularly. Dishwasher not working but not a huge issue. Altogether it was a very good stay for a good value price.

First off we had to buy all cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods, new tea towels as the ones to be used were disgusting, antibacterial spray, kitchen paper towel. Etc etc. This should have been provided. Bed sheets had not been changed. There were long black hairs in between sheets and stains.. All beds had to be stripped and bed sheets washed. There were ants running about in kitchen area work tops etc.. Ant powder was scattered by washing machine up corner. Looks like render outside is cracked and this is how they are getting in. This shows no maintenance on property. Had to get maintenance man out as soon as we got there as toilet seat was broken in downstairs ensuite, so shows house not fully checked over before our arrival. No maintenance on the pool during our stay. TV did not work and due to the other issues just could not be bothered to get maintenance man out again to check TV. Again this should have already been checked before our arrival. We had to spend a day of our holiday cleaning and buying cleaning products to get villa up to a reasonable standard of cleanliness. Bath in double bedroom looks like it needs replacing all marks on bottom of bath. I had to clean bath before attempting to take a shower and loads of dirt came away. All in all very bad experience for what was suppose to be a family holiday celebrating a wedding anniversary. The money paid 2300 euro is extortionate for what we got. I would not recommend staying here or your site from our experience

The property was clean , in good condition . The pool was a good size , with sunbeds and a parasol. The kitchen was reasonably equipped. Suggestions…. Basic welcome pack , ie Water , milk , ect. Possible transfers could be arranged. Tv , was all Turkish , no English channels , ie news channel . Our stay was pleasant and we would book here again.

Stunning location with incredible views, especially the sunset. The villa is amazing, with different seating areas dependant on the sun or wind. Pool not heated so was cold in May. Track off the road to the villa is rough and quite steep so you need to be young or fit to walk it to the nearest restaurant. Kalyves a short drive with some nice seafront restaurants Ταβέρνα Ακρογιάλι being our favourite with very friendly sraff. A car is essential though. Greek Air Force F-16’s can be a little noisy at times in and out of the airport (only 3 miles away in a straight line) but not at weekends. We had the treat of a practice display while having breakfast on the terrace. Also interesting watching the ships in and out of Souda Bay. In the main though, a very peaceful villa we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely location, villa was clean and comfortable , communication was quick and resposive. If i were to make a suggestion , it would be to offer a basic welcome pack , water , bread , juice , toilet roll ect . Many thanks Mark

Loved Dalyan but the complex had a feeling of sadness. I know we were there towards the end of the season. Compared to other restaurants along the river they had few customers. It was self catering but surely some basics could be provided. ie tea towels bottle opener salt and pepper. The beds had no sheets ,just a prickly cover.No instruction booklet. We would not go again.However I did request an earlier arrival as we were able to have transport from Kalyan.They were very helpful and allowed us in early.
