Lovely family,wich book 2 of our apartments.We charge extra for air conditioning and heating to prevent people from abusing it if we offer it for free. It is very good value if used correctly. At Christmas it gets a little cool at night but by closing the doors and windows when the sun goes down the temperature inside the apartment is maintained as the sun shines all day on the terrace and in the living room. We have information in our advertisements about the extras we charge for. We hope to have many families like you in the future. You are really nice people.
