I am the owner of this beautiful Villa in Kissimmee, Florida. I recently (Oct 2021) purchased the property from previous owner and inherited the short term rental business for Orlando/Kissimmee visitors. I am committed to give best short term rental experience to my guests. I make sure that my guests are well treated with a very clean and organized house. Since purchasing the property, I made significant improvements in the house including all brand new kitchen appliances and laundry washer/dryer. The kitchen cabinets were newly done and entire first floor was newly painted. The kitchen counter top was replaced to new beautiful granite countertop with nice island granite top. We are committed to provide best spa and pool experience to our guests with added heated pool/spa feature (small daily fee for heated pool and spa)
