Everything about this flat is amazing. The view, the comfort, the cleanliness, the communication from the owner John was the perfect start to our holiday in Scotland. Highly recommend.

Great apartment right by the promenade and close to many amenities. Great communication from John including detailed directions/checkin information. Hdmi available at tv which we very much appreciated. Will stay here again when back in Edinburgh area.

Cosy, convenient seaside haven. Wonderful views and everything you need. John has thought of everything! So nice to step out in to Edinburgh s seaside with lovely cafes, bookshops, art and shops to keep you busy. Perfect little Hideaway, can't recommend enough.

Great value for money! Good location close to beach, shops and bus-stop. Apartment spotlessly clean, warm and well equipped. Communication from John the host was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic flat right close to the seaside. Loved it. It has everything you need and John is a great host. Even let us in a bit earlier to save us waiting in the torrential rain. Super comfy beds and good coffee machine. Plenty of washing up liquid and soap too. Will definitely stay again and recommend.


Great location so close to the beach, the apartment is clean, light and cosy- with everything you could need. I felt safe and really enjoyed my stay!

*****     Отличное расположение квартиры: в паре минут ходьбы пляж и супермаркет Аldi. Бесплатная парковка на стоянке во дворе дома, на которую выходят окна одной из спален. Квартира небольшая, но чистая и уютная. Невероятно чистое постельное белье, удобные постели и подушки. В квартире есть все необходимое: от посуды и техники до душевых принадлежностей. Очень гостеприимный хозяин квартиры. Однозначно рекомендуем!
