This is a beautiful villa with all you could ask for to enjoy your time in Tenerife. The rooms are very large and spacious. The outside space is fantastic with a lively pool and well kept gardens. The only thing that let it down was the management company who were very bad at communication.

Hello David, Thank you for your kind words. I am pleased to say we now have a new management company looking after maintenance, cleaning etc. Regards Keith

Up the hill but worth the Journey ***** This is a very large property and every room is incredibly spacious in the house. There are two master bedrooms both with huge bathrooms. The upstairs master has a brilliant terrace where you get the last of the days sun looking out over the sea. Great spot to enjoy a bottle of wine. The two other bedrooms are also large both with excellent bathrooms. The self contained area would be ideal for young adults traveling with family who want private space and has its own access point, but not on a par with the rest of the rooms. The house is well equipped with a large TV and suitable levels of kitchen equipment etc. Beach towels were good quality and bath robes a nice touch. The outdoor pool is great. My kids are 11 and 13 so no problem the pool being 5’3 deep throughout. My brother in law is in a wheel chair and the way the pool is level to the ground meant he could get in and out unaided. Nice temperature water. We had a car between us to do shopping but used taxi service to go out of a night. Considering August we never waited long for a taxi. It’s 2 mile to bars and edge of the estate, in that distance it’s a 1000ft climb so not walkable and three mile to the beach. Great house, superb views, brilliant pool. If you want to get away from it this is the ideal spot it’s very quiet. We would return no hesitation.

Lovely property ***** We were a party of 8 ranging from 16 to 60. The villa was exactly as shown in the pictures. It is at the top of some very steep roads though and a car is essential, we hired one for our stay, but taxis are easy to order. Finding it from the airport was easy and we were greeted on arrival and shown around the villa and given necessary information. The information book provides numbers for all necessary amenities and suggestions for places of interest to visit. The facilities were great and other than a couple more baking trays, everything we needed was provided. The basement accommodation isnt brilliant and was a bit musty on arrival but this soon cleared. My son and his partner stayed in it and found it adequate. The rest of the accommodation was lovely. The downstairs bedroom and the main bedroom on the first floor were very large and the 1st floor bedroom had a lovely big balcony and theres a small one for the second bedroom. The third bedroom upstairs was more than sufficient and had 2 single beds. The pool is large and the same depth 5'3" throughout, so children need to be supervised at all times, the pool described as a childs pool, isnt, it's small but too deep for small children. The views are amazing and even more so at night with all the lights below. There are fly screens at the doors and windows which were definitely needed. The flies were a nuisance outside, but we found if we sprayed the sunbeds with fly spray it kept them away. All in all we had a brilliant time here, would we come back, ...most definitely.

Huge, Spotless, Fab pool, quiet area ***** Our party of 8 aged from 18 to 50 loved this Spotlessly clean villa. Pool perfect. Amazing views of the coastline with the sea and sparkly lights at night - lovely to wake up to. The bedrooms are all ensuite and big with two huge masters. Big terrace for outdoor dining with a separate outdoor sofa area with a built-in barbecue. We felt that the pics online didn't do the villa justice and it was much better in reality. Some of the little things were a bit tired - parasols, a couple of blown bulbs but as soon as Gillian the maintenance lady was told she sorted it all straight away. She was at the villa to greet us (thanks Gillian!) on arrival and tell us all the stuff we needed to know. Guy came weekly to monitor the pool so it was spotless. The villa needs a car - cheap as chips to hire (we used taxis as well, 7-10 euros) - as it is up the hill bout 5-10 min drive from the beach and restaurants and bars but taxis always arrived within 5 mins of the call. But we enjoyed the peace and space when we wanted it. The resort spreads along the coast line from Adeje to la Caleta. Actually all the way to Los Christianos but we didn't get that far. Restaurants for all tastes and pockets and bars the same. Live music in some of the bars too. We particularly liked la Caleta - bit quieter and great food with restaurants looking out over the waves. The Old town of Adeje we ran out of time to see but was recommended to us. There are walking trails in the hills behind the villa too. The younger ones in our party went on a couple of runs. We would recommend the villa as we loved it and have earmarked a return for definite!

Big, comfy, clean, great views, loved it ***** This review is a little belated, apologies, but here are my thoughts. Villa Angelica Communication with the owner You will likely have found the villa via one of the holiday letting sites such as Trip advisor or similar. It will be via such a site that your communication with the property owner will be initiated. I found all communications to be very clear, friendly and prompt. A pleasant experience from start to finish. Getting to the Villa Villa Angelica is located in the hills overlooking the Gran Sur Mall, in the Roque Del Conde area (Torviscas). The owner will provide more detail during the booking process. I would very strongly suggest a car hire, the surrounding hills are steep and I would estimate the property is at least 1.5 km from the nearest useful amenities. Also, give yourself thinking time for the drive. Even with a satnav the journey up to the villa was a bit tricky, especially since we arrived at night. Do not rush this journey on the first attempt, but you will get used to the journey. If car hire is not an option, as a rough guide a cab will be approximately 7€ to the Gran Sur Mall and perhaps 10€ to the playa (Fanabe). Arrival You will most likely be greeted by a member of the management company for the villa, friendly and knowledgeable, you will be shown around the property and given instructions about such things as operation of the safe, washing and drying machines and also the layout of the property. When we arrived there was a good stock of water in the large fridge and a good selection of basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, herbs and spices, oil, vinegar and some other condiments. If you use milk, suggest picking some up on your way, along with any other essentials - depending on your arrival time. The property management rep will provide you with keys. Have fun getting to know the villa, you will do so with a big smile. The property Outside Villa Angelica is a sizeable property. Completely walled around the outside and with a very good degree of privacy. Outside you will find the pools - very nice indeed, the large pool has a good depth (1.2m to 1.5m I think). Looks fantastic with the lights on at night as well. There is an outside shower to wash before pool entry. There is also a box with water toys and floating toys for fun. There is a very good selection of high quality pool lounger and seating furniture to make outside relaxation and dining very comfortable. Also, if you like BBQ there is a really nice brick built and quite large too. The garden has a mature selection of trees and plants that provide a nice aesthetic element. All really nice and added that extra special touch for the holiday. Inside Once you are in: if you are used to large property you will appreciate VA as a holiday getaway. I have a small house and, for me, VA is a very spacious property that took a couple of hours to properly have a look around and learn about. Even for 5 of us it was still very big, a good thing. The kitchen; has everything you could need, this for me was an important part of the holiday since I’m a big fan of cooking whilst on hols. Very bright with natural light and large enough for a couple of people to be cooking at the same time. The open living and dining area is large, lots of natural light and 2 sets of large patio doors that open onto the rear patios. There is a large tv and plenty of tv channels/streamed tv for you when relaxing. Spacious and comfortable. The ground level bedroom and en-suite is large, comfortable and - importantly - easily accessible if somebody in your group has mobility considerations. Amazing whirlpool bath that everybody loved (especially with a glass of bubbly). On the lower garage level are the washer/dryer, storage and there is a self contained flat, although we didn’t use it, it had everything you could want to eat and sleep comfortably, a good bolt hole if you have a loud snorer you want to escape from🙂. Upstairs, the bedrooms are all on-suite. The master room has a very sizeable balcony with amazing views down to the coast and the Costa Adeje area, cameras at the ready! I especially liked the interesting ceiling and layout in the ‘second’ bedroom. There are plenty more details on here and other holiday rental sites about the specific details. We had very good internet access during the entire stay. In summary A little bit difficult to find first time, but you’ll get used to the journey up. Amazing property with just about everything you will need to live very comfortably and sleep soundly. Easy access for those with limited mobility with a very well appointed ground floor bedroom. The main question, would we go again... OF COURSE WE WOULD. Thank you VA, see you again in the future.

Amazing villa ***** Just got back from spending a week at this villa and can honestly say it was amazing! So much space in the villa and the pool is a very good size, the views from the villa are lovely too! We couldn’t fault the villa one bit and are very Sad to be home! There was lots of towels in the villa so you don’t really need to bring pool towels and the robes are a nice touch too!! The villa is out of the way and is on a very big hill so a car would be handy for little shopping trips as getting a taxi just for milk / water is a pain but we took the chance in not getting a car which we got by with but just depends if you mind calling for taxis for little trips, taxis did arrive quickly and there are lots of taxis around to get a taxi home after shopping. The villa had everything you needed and I can’t say one bad thing about it ! Thank you to the owners for letting us stay for the week! 😊

Outstanding villa ***** Long way up the hill but once you see the views from terraces it’s worthwhile Upon arrival villa was spotless with plenty of towels and bath robes Size of bathrooms and rooms are unbelievable they are huge The beds are comfortable usually when we rent villas we all suffer with bad backs due to poor quality mattresses but I had the delight in seeing one of the single mattresses when I had to strip the bed and wash bedding and mattress protector due to my 4 year old being sick in the night I’m glad there was a mattress protector 😬 Fantastic tv with a wide range of channels and catch up with tv programmes that you may have missed Ive read a comment before about apartment being a bit hot although nobody slept in it we were down there regularly to wash clothes etc and we didn’t find it at all hot It’s a good size apartment with 2 big single beds/kitchen /diner and a separate bathroom Main kitchen cupboards are equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils Fridge/ freezer is huge We didn’t realise pool was all one depth and for those shorter than 5.3 feet it’s a tip toe job 😂 Kids pool is good with a ledge you can sit on in there , kids pool was colder than main pool as it’s shadowed by the trees Only pointer would be maybe add a pool table into the garage downstairs next to apartment as the garage is huge and a pool table would go down well give you something to do on a evening When we come back to Tenerife we will definitely be looking to book again if you will have us Left a note about patio door handle as that came off evening before we left the villa but upon inspection noticed that it had been repaired before , we did try to see if we could fix it but with no tools etc it was never going to happen If anybody is looking for a big, clean breathtaking views villa then I suggest you get this one booked you won’t be disappointed as we certainly weren’t .

Great stay and fantastic views ***** Just back today! And had a fantastic 2 weeks here, as in previous reviews to really enjoy the villa a car is a must (plus car do really good rates) taxis are very reasonable if your heading into town at night and don't want to drive!. 9 of us went 4 adults and 5 kids and all used and enjoyed all the amenities, you can save space in your suitcases (for any of the cheap alcohol available😁) as towels and beach towels are at your disposal, was gutted that the stereo didn't work but made use of the smart tv as a substitute, Great views of the coast and Adeje from the terrace. Bit cooler at the villa than down at the coast and sometimes found clouds above us whilst sunny at the coast, nothing a quick drive couldn't fix Some minor maintenance issues such as lights not working a bit dusty when we arrived, seemed like it hadn't been stayed in for a while and maybe given a quick once over b4 we got there, didn't let it ruin the time we spent there which we all really enjoyed Thanks for letting us use it

Family friendly luxury villa ***** We stayed at Villa Angelica first week of December. Amazing location and views of Adeje. The high location means it is really peaceful but also means you really can’t walk anywhere. We hired a car and some in our party also used taxis (very cheap). Shops are a few minutes drive away. Villa is well equipped and very well proportioned with good sized bedrooms. Pool is great and kids loved it. Welcomed on arrival and shown around villa. Had a great time and would love to come again!
