Lovely fully equipped villa in a perfect location. Had some issues with pool heating over the duration but the owner had brilliant communication with us. We’d definitely book up again here.

Fab location to restaurants, supermarkets and petrol garages. Took approx 45-60min to get to Universal & Disney dependant on traffic. Villa was a little worn and dated but for the price we paid we couldn’t complain, it was a really great touch having extra amenities provided such as toiletries, food, suncream, pool floats etc. Aircon worked really well and pool heating was lovely, glad we paid for this. BBQ we didn’t use as it was very dirty. Mark was quick with replies however during the two weeks we stayed at the villa we had no lighting in the pool or spa, this was communicated to Mark from the offset and reading other reviews it appears this was an ongoing problem. This really was a shame as it’s lovely to relax on an evening in the pool and spa but we couldn’t do this as it was too dark. Lanai needs replacing and the pool area could do with a clean but on the whole great value for money and we would return.

Great villa in an excellent location to get to both Disney and Universal. The pool was lovely to jump in every morning but unfortunately lights not working so unable to get in on return from long days out. The owner was quick to respond to answer questions or queries would definitely visit again.

We had a great stay at Mark’s villa. It was clean and well appointed exactly like the photos. The pool was lively and clean and the hot tub was great too. We really enjoyed the garden/pool and spent a lot of time there. Air conditioning works well and the house is cool. In terms of location it is 2 miles from Walmart and various restaurants. It is closely located to the main highway that takes you to all the parks. It is also nicely located if you want to head up to Tampa or to the Kennedy Space Centre. You can easily reach all these places and the airport without using toll roads. Most of it is done via the 192 and the 4. We did this and saved a lot. Don’t be scared of taking the risk. Just set your sat nav/google maps to avoid tolls. Overall a super stay with Mark. Communication was easy and mark was very quick to respond to any questions. Access to the house through the lock code is straight forward. Mark has left helpful instructions on everything. Final bit of help-if using the hot tub don’t worry if the jets don’t come in right away- they sometimes take a minute.

Me and my family stayed in this Villa a year ago and loved it so much we booked to stay again this year. It was just as good as I remembered, very clean and spacious. Everything you could need is there, pool is fantastic and we spent many mornings chilling in it. Area is great with Walmart only 5 minutes away. Communication with the owner Mark is always excellent and he is always very polite and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay!

We had the most amazing time at the villa. It was absolutely spotless and it had everything we could possibly want for our stay. The fact that they provided shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was a nice touch. We also were pleasantly surprised that they’d provided washing up liquid, bin bags and we even had washing liquid for the washing machine. The pool was lovely and we would definitely recommend to anyone. We all want to come back next year. On the occasions when we had to contact the owner he responded virtually immediately which was great. Thanks again Mark.

Easy remote access to the property which was very comfortable for four adults. The property was clean, well maintained and had all the facilities we required. Mark responded quickly to resolve a problem at the property and overall it was excellent value for money.

A fantastic Villa with everything a family needs for a relaxing break in Florida. Access to the Villa was a breeze and communication with Mark (The owner) was simple and quick. The villa is close to the action and to shops/supermarkets and restaurants. Cant wait to book it for our next stay !

We had an absolute fantastic stay this villa had everything to offer and more just from all kitchen appliances to towels to even shampoo conditioner and shower gel in holders on the wall. Was amazing having Walmart 2 minutes down the road and Disney 20 minutes away. Communication with owner was great. Only thing was a bit of a bummer was we couldn’t get the jacuzzi bubbles working once the pool man come the 3rd day I think it was unsure if it was because we didn’t have pool heating or not but it wasn’t a big problem. We would 100% stay again amazing location amazing villa

Excellent Villa in Glenbrook (includes clubhouse that has gym and pool area is very good). We have vacationed in Orlando many times and this is one of the best villas we have stayed in. Mark the owner also very helpful and hospitable and fast to respond to any of the minor issues that came up. Would highly recommend.
