The villa was great all in all great location ,had everything you could possibly need during your stay the kids loved the pool and jacuzzi and entry to the villa upon arrival was easy thanks to mark the owners instructions would recommend to anyone visiting the parks as it’s not far away from everything. Would definitely use again when returning to Orlando thanks again mark

We really enjoyed staying at the villa, it was nice and quiet we very rarely saw anyone else. The only thing we would complain about was the child fence which was open at one end and was dangerous for small kids.

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks and everything was the same as we were told, we couldn't have asked for more. The only problem we would have is the pool area quite a few weeds growing around the patio and the fence across the pool for keeping children out,it wasn't fit correctly down one side and this was dangerous, other than that the house was lovely.

Stayed in many villas before and Glenbrook is convenient for parks, shops and restaurants . Villa was clean and comfortable, what we expected and what we got.

Excellent communication from host. Bills was clean and had all amenities required. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. Area villa was situated in was quiet and respectable . Games room was a hit with all. Aircon worked great. Pool was clean, plenty of pool accessories. Overall pleased with our visit , and would definitely say good value for our money. I would stay again.

We have stayed in the villa for 2 weeks, it was immaculately clean and served not only as a fantastic base while hitting the parks, but also a great place to chill on quieter days. The estate is very quiet with lots of amenities close by, including a Walmart, Publix and lots of places to eat, catering to all tastes. I did message Mark the owner a couple of times before we traveled , not because of issues but just to clarify a few details and he was very quick at responding. All the party really enjoyed our stay and was all in agreement that we would definitely return.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this villa and really enjoyed staying here and it is great value for money. Location: the location is great! 5 mins drive from Walmart or Publix for shopping and close to the 192 for everything else. There are quite a few food places nearby like wendys and a Applebees. Facilities: this is a 4 bed 2 bath villa with the main bathroom being between a king-size bed room and the twin. Another bathroom is as an ensuite to the master bedroom. There is a washing machine and dryer for clothes with all other general conveniences (oven, dishwasher, microwave etc.) There is a new fridge freezer with water filter and ice dispenser which was really handy! There is also a mini games room in the garage with a pool table and air hockey table but didnt really use these. Confort: This is one of the reasons we have reduced from 5 to 4 stars. The mattresses could do with a change. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable but was raised up in the middle (likely due to weight on each side). The other king size bed was quite firm and the same with the twin room. The main master bed and opposing king room both had very squeaky beds when you move in the night it can wake you up. Pool: the pool is great! We loved playing in the pool and the hot tub with the kids especially after a day at the parks. There are some floats available for use. The area around the pool could do with a freshen up however, there is some damage to the screen around the pool and 1 out of the 4 sun loungers was broken. Internet: There is Wi-Fi available in the villa which isn't lightening quick but good enough for general use (don't expect over 10mb download speeds) unfortunately this added to the 4/5 stars as it kept dropping and we would need to restart the router and wireless point. This could really do with an upgrade. Overall we really enjoyed our trip and would consider coming back to this villa due to its location, facilities and excellent value for money. Only a few niggles over our holiday.

We’ve rented holiday villas in this area over the last 14 years and this one fell way below par. Inside There were some cracked floor tiles in the main living area & one of the sofas was a bit worse for wear. There was practically no storage space in the small kitchen - one unit being taken up with open packets of food and part used condiments and the larder cupboard almost full of tinned goods left by previous guests. Only 1 side of the toaster (left) worked properly, the other (right) only toasted 1 side of each slice - definitely time for a replacement. Basic cable channels on the TV and no Netflix. No working house phone. No walk-in shower in the master bathroom (the bath is fairly deep & got quite slippery when using the shower making it awkward to get out of) & only 1 sink in the vanity. There was also no usable storage space in either bathroom vanities due to the huge number of partly used toiletries left by previous guests. Most of the towels provided had seen better days. No visible copy of the owners current public liability insurance certificate on display in the Villa. Pool area Outside didn’t fare much better - the lanai had a few torn panels with several covered in algae, vegetation growing through tears at the pool cover end and at various other points around the pool. The area round the pool was also extremely dirty with a large pile of mouldy inflatables stacked up beside the spa limiting the available space to sit. 1 broken sun lounger out of the 4 available. In summery, the villa is definitely in need of a major upgrade and huge clean up of the pool to compete with others in the same price range.

Our stay was great there was a few hiccups with the pool not running but I managed to sort this myself due to a air lock but Mark was great at communicating with us. The villa itself was great value for money my family loved it. Perfect location and nice and quite. Only thing that needs upgrading is the WiFi.

We had a great week in this villa. It's in a great location, was very clean and has all the facilities you could need. We'd stay here again.
