Our stay there was great! Wish we would’ve went in the summer so we couldve used the pool!! Kusadasi is a beautiful city and I highly recommend staying there!!

Everything was perfect excellent stay. Quiet place, just the sound of the grills. Paradise.
The house has 3 bathrooms which is great, as well as 3 toilets.

Perfect place for family vacation. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It’s a further than walking distance to the beach. And there is nothing interesting if you walk around. You need to drive or take a cab to downtown. Other than that it was perfect.

Both Bercin and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful hosts. They made sure they helped us not only with conveniences around the house but exploring Kusadasi at its fullest. The house is gorgeous and a view to die for. It's the perfect choice for a place when visiting with family or friends.

Everything perfect on foot 5min walk there is a small bar with fruit and vegetables with the gentleman and his wife get a breakfast for 5 people 160lira converted 20€ with everything around and above all Everything own, I can recommend it to everyone, very friendly.

This Villa is amazing, best located amongst Ada Villas. Very neat and clean. Hosts were amazing with immediate response. We had lovely time. 

Wow, I really am blown away by this .Our friends married in kusadasi and invited us to be with them in that special time, so a lot of our friends stayed in kusadasi for a week. We were a group of 8 and chose adavillas, and we didn't regret it a single minute!
Everything was super clean, the place is fairly near the centre, perfect for a walk or taxi, the view to the sea from the roof is wonderful. I honestly can't find anything to complain. We had some of the friends from the wedding over for 2 different nights for food and some drinks, and every single one of them said that they wish they had booked something like this instead of their hotel.
Reception was super friendly and helpful, checkin/out was as easy as it gets and even though the villas are close together we didn't ever feel like our neighbours we're to loud or didn't give us privacy.
All in all i can say I'm super glad we chose this property I will 100 % recommend it to my friends and book it again if I will visit kusadasi again. Thanks again for the wonderful time!

Amazing host. You will most definitely feel welcome in the villa. The host, Cafer will go the extra mile for the visitors to make them feel comfortable. The pool is the best pool we've ever experienced, as it is very big.
However, despite us being well aware of the villa being located in a small village, we personally learnt that we prefer being closer to everything. However, this is just our personal preference. If you need to fully relax without having too much going on around you, the place is perfect. After a couple of days exploring Kusadasi, we quickly realized that we personally would have loved to be near more tourists, to have communicated with more people.
You should also be prepared for the wifi to not work at all times. Yet, this is normal, as we were living in a small village. However, it was quite frustrating to be completely disconnected.
Unfortunately, the power in the villa went off a couple of times. One morning we could not make breakfast as the stove and oven didn't have power.
All in all, we truly enjoyed the hospitality of the host and we really enjoyed the pool.
