Our one bedroom apartment was beautifully clean with a comfortable bed and the most superb sea views from a good sized balcony. The attic apartment is spacious and includes most things one would need on a holiday. Be advised that some  of the beams are quite low but as we are both under 6ft it was not a significant issue for us! The  area was so peaceful. It was blissful to sit on the balcony and just listen to birdsong and watch the busy, nesting housemartins filling the sky. It felt really private and isolated even though we were only a 5/10 min walk from Cavtat’s old town. Be aware that this is down quite a steep hill but there is a nice cafe bar on the way back up to refuel! Cavtat itself is beautiful. 
Even though it is a shared pool we often had it to ourselves. The enclosed pool and bbq area are prettily landscaped and very pleasant to relax in. 
Pero and Natasha were amenable, kind and respected privacy. Communication was reassuringly excellent. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment with stunning views.

We had a fabulous week at Natasha's place (9-16th July), it was perfect! The apartment was great with 2 double bedrooms, open plan living / kitchen / dining area, and a narrow but long balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The property is very pretty, plenty of parking at the front and it sits off the main road but is an easy 15 min walk downhill to the old town. There is a supermarket just 5 mins from the apartment. The pool was FANTASTIC - it really is as lovely as the photos! The BBQ area is perfect for shade too. Natasha was on hand when we arrived, any time we wanted anything we just knocked on her door, and she was there to wave us off early on Sat morning too. She was very approachable and friendly without interfering in any way. We had a wonderful week and if we were ever to come back, we would definitely stay here again - THANK YOU SO MUCH!
