We were a group of 14 family and friends all ages celebrating my 60 birthday. The villa is beautiful and huge . Kitchens are well equipped with large fridge freezers . There are cupboards full of towels you really don’t need to bring any. The canoe stand up paddle board and all the snorkelling gear beach gear parasols etc are such a great help too. The area is quiet with supermarkets and tavernas within 15 minute walk. Not many to choose from but we managed fine. Had a superb bbq out the back of the villa. The water was so beautifully clear and warm lots of snorkelling and swimming. Saw dolphins on the last day! Host was at the end of the phone or email when needed helped us with airport transfer recommending a lovely man Tsolis who also took us out to Porto Germeno for the day . Also another day we needed help to get some of our group to Psatha so a lovely young man Sokratis took us, also recommended by the host. This villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 20. We loved it so much that we didn’t want to leave! The pictures are not enough to visualise exactly how beautiful both the villa and the views surrounding it are. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kids fully utilised the tennis/basketball court both day and night using the floodlights. The bungalow also gave the kids their own space to hang out and had its own balcony overseeing the court. It was so relaxing to sit on the veranda and admire the wonderful view of the blue sea in front of us. Going swimming was so easy as we just had to walk a few metres down the road until we reached some stairs leading into the water. The showers outside were were very handy following a dip in the ocean - they even had hot water! The town isn’t very heavily populated which was a refreshing change from being in a busy city. Panos and his family are incredible hosts and they were extremely helpful in the lead up to and during our stay. They provided us with guidance of things to do and places to visit, and were very easy to contact. We all fell in love with this villa and we are already trying to figure out when we can come back again!

The house is beautiful, very well maintained, super clean and Panos is a great host. There is absolutely everything you need, even things which we didnt expect. The garden and the outdoors are just amazing. Excellent gardening, very clean and a lot of space for the kids to play. There is a big barbecue in the garden with all the amenities. The tennis court is well illuminated, there is a brand new canoe and the water is just few meters away. If you are looking for a nice and quiet place for a holiday - this is your place. We definitely recommend !

I have no words to describe my wonderful stay in the villa! The sea, the ample interior and exterior space and the garden with genuinly cultivied vegetables combine and instantly make you feel profoundy relaxed, at ease. The view is incomparably beautiful, the area familiar but also active, Panos and his family trully hospitable people, ready and willing to make you feel at home. Get to stay in this paradise, I recommend it without second thoughts!!!

The house has a fine atmosphere is beautiful situated near the sea. It has a great balcon, veranda, where you can meet eachother, eat and relax. The owners are very kind and have great care for your welbeing. Evert Hoefman and Frouk Riemersma from the netherlands

My family and I gave Panos very short notice to book their place for our stay, but regardless they welcomed us warmly in their home! The place is amazing, right by the sea with only a little road separating the villa from the little beach across the road. The property has a massive garden with all sorts of seasonal fruits, bbq facilities, huge verandas and a tennis court the kids played in! The children also went on a bicycle ride with the bikes provided by Panos. Us grown-ups profited of the lovely dining and living rooms of the villa, the stunning views, strolls around the area- we loved Psatha the large nearby beach, and even had a basketball match and lovely conversations around the fireplace! Athens, Ancient Corinth & Delfi are really close too! We would have loved to stay longer at the villa as we truly enjoyed our time spent at there!

Great place,we were a group of 22 people and used the full capacity of bedrooms and facilities. Great plus that there was hot water even at the outside showers and stadium lights at the tennis court. We were able to contact with Panos all day and was helpfull to all of our needs.

Me and my friends and family stayed in this marvelous Villa!!! Even though we stayed for only one night we didn't have any problem! Everything was PERFECT!!!! The location, cleaning service, supplies... just perfect!!! TOTALLY RECOMMENDED Panos... thanks for everything!😀

We were a group of 7 people. We stayed at the garden flat & bungalow. To start with, the location is amazing, just 3 meters from the sea! The properties were cosy and just as described! The pictures don't show how really great the place is! We had so much fun playing tennis & we even picked some fruits from the garden. We had breakfast with a view & on the lovely garden terrace. Panos, the host, was very easy to communicate with! Him and his family were always available when we needed them, gave tips about the area, and the even gave some local goodies to have for breakfast! The area is beautiful and there a few shops we could buy what we needed & the restaurants were amazing! Psatha, the nearby beach with facilities was great too! All in all we had so much fun! We would recommend to anyone to stay at Pano's place! Thank you for everything guys!

Wow.. what a stunning place.. the photos don’t do it justice. The setting is ideal, by the edge of the water with the ensuing see breeze and view of the sunset in the evenings. Panos and his parents met us and showed us round the area and told us about the local amenities. He also organised a lovely lady (Demetra) to come in every day for a very reasonable price to clean the house so we could concentrate on enjoying our holiday. When we took the teenagers into Athens for a night out he was very helpful with suggestions.. and was available on text message for whatever else we needed throughout our stay. Thank you for being so hospitable. We all really loved our stay.
