Stayed at Tuscan ridge for 2 weeks in July. House was very clean and well equipped. House located on a quiet street. Pool area not overlooked and gets the sun all day. Shops nearby. Contact with owner was easy and he was available to answer any questions. Would use again if looking to stay in the area.

Booking process was simple and Larry made it easier with prompt replies to any questions asked by us. He was very helpful and available to contact during our stay. The villa was very well presented, very clean and exceeded our expectations. The games room was superb as was the pool and Jacuzzi and there was plenty of towels and bedding supplied. Kitchen and laundry facilities were excellent. Entertainment in the villa was very good with tv's, dvd's and board games. I would definitely Redbook this villa again and will recommend to family and friends. Chris and Michelle

Larry's home was incredible. It had 5 rooms full of privacy for our big group of 8. The beds were by far the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on at an rental property. The pool was our favorite part of the house. We used it everyday. Larry was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. Great host and absolutely great space

This house was so perfect for our family. We wanted to be close to the Disney parks and it was just a short drive. There was plenty of room and we used the pool and game room every single day. Our boys had the best birthday ever staying there and we would absolutely book this place again if we were back in Orlando!

Extremely clean home. Easy to have privacy as bedrooms were not next to each other and had bathrooms that were away from main living area. Beds are very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and location was great for us.
