First off impressions upon arriving of Villa are that it was true to the pictures and information that are listed on Homeaway Wesbite. One downside is that the property is listed as having AC. This is true for downstairs and the 2 master bedrooms upstairs however the 2 remaining bedroom had no AC. The owner provided fans when asked which did help but this should be stated on the villa information. Nice and central, 20 mins from Porec, 25 mins Rovinj. Fabulous restaurant 2-3 mins walk from the Villa which is also great for children (need to book). As for the Villa owner probably the best I have seen over the years. Attentive to every detail to the point that they sorted out birthday cake for my daughters birthday. Thank you.

We thank you again for your good reception and kindness during the stay. We enjoyed your Villa, which is very well located in the heart of Istria.

We had a great stay at Villa Simone. The owners of the villa, like all the people we met in Croatia, were really warm and welcoming. The check in was smooth and they were able to be extremely flexible with our check-in and check-out. The owners helped us find activies and suggested local resturaunts etc and were always on hand via (Hidden by Airbnb) to answer any question we had or issue with the house etc. The Villa was spotlessly clean and was as described in the listing. The pool was ample for the family to use, and the garden is nice and shelted from the wind with seating always availble in the sun or shade throughout the day. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, etc (although some more ovenware might be useful for those intending to use the oven alot). Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The owners provided some essentials such as dishwasher tablets, laundry powder, tissue and washing up liquid too which was a nice touch as was the tasty cake we found in the fridge to welcome us. The village the villa is in is really charmilingly rustic and slow-paced. The restuarant (and bar/cafe) round the corner was absolutely fantastic, and the tiny market is surprisingly well-stocked. There are quite a few dogs and cockerels nearby that might disturb any light sleepers but cannot be heard with the windows closed. There plenty of small little roads and tracks around for any keen runners to explore too. The villa is really well located if you want to explore all of Istria due to its central location. Having stayed when the weather wasnt overly warm (under 20 degrees), I would advise taking some slippers ias the tiled floor downstairs gets quite chilly underfoot - on the flip side when it is hot outside I can see it being quite refreshing. Oh one other bit of advice be careful on the veranda walkway with wet feet as it is extremely slippy. All in all - our stay was amazing and if we are fortunate to return to Croatia we will surely stay again!

A beautifully appointed large villa on the edge of a village with a pool and garden. Due to the location in the middle of Istria, everything was reachable within an hour. The owners are helpful and personally greet you on arrival.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus abseits des Touristenstroms, der Tischkicker und der Pool wurden gut genutzt, besonders angenehm sind die Klimaanlagen in den beiden Schlafzimmer, da wir hochsommerliche Temperaturen hatten. Verwöhnt wurden wir von der Vermieterin mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und Gebäck, sehr lecker.

Very nice holiday home away from the tourist stream, the foosball table and the pool were well used, particularly pleasant are the air conditioning in the two bedrooms, since we had high summer temperatures. We were spoiled by the landlady with homemade cakes and pastries, very delicious.

We felt very comfortable in the Villa Mira with 9 people (4 adults and 5 children between 5-15). Everything was very neat and clean. The location is wonderfully quiet. The villa has everything you need to feel good. Kitchen equipment is fully available. Pool was a good size, the children were hard to get out. Shopping in Sv. Lovrec and Panzin are more than sufficient. Lim Fijord and beaches in Mon Perin and Vrsar are recommended and easy to reach. The landlords of the villa are outstanding (after many holidays in countless holiday homes)! Let yourself be surprised ... We are very sad not to be able to stay at Villa Mira any longer and would book the accommodation again at any time. The Villa Mira is highly recommended ...
