Another lovely property on the 19th hole complex . Probably the best uninterrupted views on the golf del sur . Loads of space on the terraces allowing for private sunbathing all day ( great day bed ) . Large lounge and kitchen with good tv with loads of channels . Beds a bit hard but that can be a personal preference and water pressure used to drop out especially if the pool was being cleaned but problem was soon rectified. Ideal location with bar and restaurant on the door step with excellent staff always helpful and accommodating. Supermarket opposite if you want to cook ! Although worth a visit to the larger Mercadona as you enter golf del sur if you want to buy a lot as prices much more reasonable. Lovely 3 week stay and back in 5 weeks to the same complex .

Our second stay at this property and we have already booked again for next year. This property has a wonderful balcony and view second to none. Waking up to the view of the blue sky, sea and harbour is fabulous. The main bedroom is great with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen is also lovely with everything you need (although my husband says if there was a microwave it would be perfect!!) We play golf at Amarilla Golf Course and it is only a few minutes walk. A good supermarket is just across the road and the 19th Hole Restaurant, which is on site, is an excellent restaurant with very helpful and friendly staff.

The apartment is in a perfect location for a peaceful holiday overlooking the marina. The apartment itself is very well equipped with a homely feel.
Car parking is difficult in the area.
We were disappointed to find it is already booked for the time we wanted to go next year.

The photos suggest that unit 1 is the villa to the right of the main photo, this is not the case. The villa is in need of a refresh in places and the sofas need replacing, they are discoloured and one of them is sagging. The TV did not work so I messaged the number provided at the villa and did not receive a response however the TV was replaced on either day 5 or day 6. If you like a lie in then I suggest you stay elsewhere, the gate to the complex bangs loudly.
On a positive note, the villa was well equipped for cooking, the outside spaces are nice with gorgeous views, the beds are very comfortable and the staff at the restaurant are very nice as is the food. The complex is in a great location within walking distance of a good choice of bars/restaurants. Overall we had a great holiday but felt we could have stayed elsewhere for a better standard and for less money.

As explained to you when you first enquired, Unit 1 has a great location at the quieter far end of the complex, furthest away from the bar / restaurant and as also has the most privacy.
I have not heard of any issues (in the 6 years the complex has been open) with the entrance gate before, and the bedrooms are some considerable distance away from it, but we will certainly look at that and ensure it closes as quietly as possible.
We are sorry that the TV failed during your stay. We received no phone message from you, and our on-site staff at the bar / restaurant were not informed.....But as soon as you emailed us we visited, realised it could not be fixed and replaced immediately.
We are so pleased you found the beds comfortable, the villa well equipped and of course enjoyed the stunning views (the best in the resort!)
We believe the villa offers very good value for money. There were two of you staying in a 3 bed apartment, so yes, you probably could find a 1 bed for a little cheaper but I would very much doubt if you would find a villa of this size, standard and with those views for less than you paid.

The villa was perfect for a large family with plenty rooms and most importantly, a large swimming pool which was enjoyed by all. The area has several nice restaurants and bars, perfect for families or couples. The villa is situated on the 18th fairway of Amarilla golf course, which would also make this perfect for golfing holidays. My wife and I have previously stayed in Jon’s properties so we knew what to expect. We all had a ball and would thoroughly recommend staying at la Quinta heights. Short walking distance to supermarkets, bars and restaurants, also peaceful and quiet in the evening. Plenty rooms and living space makes this place perfect for indoor/ outdoor evenings. If looking, don’t hesitate.

Our 5th visit and another great 2 weeks. It's quiet and peaceful and spending time in the garden with such an amazing view is just stunning. We enjoy walking around the area and especially the coastal path to Los Abrigos. A good supermarket over the road has made things easier and there are lots of decent restaurants within walking distance. Our favourites are the onsite 19th hole, Europa 3 and Alecrim. Communication with Jon is always excellent. Booked again for next year.

We were four men on a golf holiday. Great that we get a room each. We have stayed here for several years. It suits us very well. The balconies are amazing with uninterrupted views to the golf course, the harbour and the sea. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay we loved the location and the views from the villa are beautiful. This was our second visit this year and enjoyed it once again with our family.The restaurant at the 19hole is good and they have good entertainment on a Friday and Saturday evening would recommend.
