We booked the villa at the last minute due to a change in plans as I found the price similar to a hotel. This villa is absolutely outstanding and without a doubt value for money. It was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, there was a games room in the garage and the beds were very comfortable. The directions and instructions given by the owner were very clear and easy to follow and it is a gated community with security so you feel safe. It is a short walk, yes walk(!) to the Walmart and there are several fast food outlets near by too. I will definitely return next time I am in the area

We had everything we needed at the property and plenty of restaurants close to hand. It was a quiet location but with excellent access to the main highway so it was easy for us to get to everything we wanted to see/do while we were on holiday. There is a Walmart right at the entrance. Our favourite restaurants within 5mins were Egg City Diner, Mannys and Fiesta Mexicana.

Nice property, beautiful community, but needs serious updating on furniture and kitchen utensils. The couches are old and uncomfortable. All the beds are squeaky. Not enough kitchen utensils and the ones available are old, we had to buy a pot for our use. Just need to take care of details to reach the standard of other houses we've been in the same Villa.

This property is like a hidden gem, it's such value. It's on a beautiful resort with 24 hour manned security, it's just behind Walmart so walking distance for all your groceries, as well as being walking distance to many other food establishments and shops. The villa itself is not justified in the pictures, it's a lovely spacious four bedroom and the pool area is lovely to sit and relax with a large BBQ also there for use. Generally we couldn't fault it, although the pool is only 6 foot deep it was still lovely and we had a great time. The management is very responsive they come in once a week to clean the pool and when we had a minor problem with a door handle they were right over to resolve this, just what you need for your holiday! We would defiantly recommend and would defiantly come back here if we came back to Florida, you won't find a nicer resort in the area!
