This is our second stay at this property and hopefully will not be our last! The owner and their property management company are great. Easy to contact and respond quickly if you have any questions. The neighborhood estate is quiet, only noise comes from nearby highway, but you only hear this outside when you are around the pool, never bothered us though, you forget its there after a few minutes. Property is clean and tidy and very spacious. Nice private pool area with lovely view over the lake. Kitchen fully equipped, beds are really comfy and always get a great night's sleep. Very close to WDW, which was good for us, as well as supermarkets, gift shops and all the restaurants on HWY192. We just cannot fault the property. Looking forward to our next visit.

Bit dubious when booking as always used friends villa previous, but the owner & management company were great! Everything was easy, only hiccup was we paid for pool heating and it hadn't been switched on for our arrival. We contacted management team & owner and couldn't believe the speed & courtesy both parties showed. Absolutely amazing! Villa was very clean and spacious throughout. Our party was 4 'older' adults. My friend & husband pinched the master suite, my Sister the other double bedroom and I was left with a pick of 2 twin bedrooms! I loved the villa and we said would definitely stay again, if it was available and there were at least 4 of us to rent it. My only gripes were... the ceiling fans little cords were broken on some and they didn't all work by a wall switch. My sister stood on my bed & managed to pull the cord on one of the bedroom fans as it was stuck on 'fast' and was a bit too cold at night. Other gripe... we are used to a residential gated community in Claremont straight off US27 and felt this neighbourhood was like maze and could be a devil to get out of and onto 192 at times. That being said the community was very peaceful, no noise or bother from anyone. And loved the little rabbit who visited some mornings, it seemed to like watching me eat breakfast at the patio furniture! Would also suggest you go the extra few miles and use US 27 Walmart, much nicer than the one nearest the villa IMO. So, all in all 4 very enthusiastic thumbs up :) thank you

The villa was clean and comfortable for us. The local management team were very helpful and the pool did get cleaned. Walmart is 5 minutes away and so are the resturants and shops on Hwy 192. The outlook at the back is lovely and the fencing either side of the pool area gives a good level of privacy. We had good communication with the owner and Clickstay when we had to cut our trip short due to coronavirus and we hope to stay here again in future.

Don’t be fooled by the 10 year old photos . no pool cleaning, only on the day we were going home after 13 days.The villa is in a great location that is about the only good thing my family and I have to say about it. No refund offered

We had a shower rod come down on our second day, and the office sent someone over immediately to take care of it. The lady at the office was friendly and knowledgeable. I found myself looking for excuses to call the office to talk to her! Property was clean and well maintained, kids loved the pool. Very convenient to Disney.

We really enjoyed our stay, great house, very clean, and a nice, open floor plan for hanging out. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the evenings. Great neighborhood for an walk or run. All the conveniences, stores and restaurants you need within a couple of miles. Easy access to I-4.

We loved our stay at this property. It had all the comforts of home, in a beautiful setting. The convenience to the parks was a huge plus, and coming back to the quiet neighborhood and lovely views, while relaxing in the pool, was the perfect way to end our evenings. The communication was quick and friendly from Day 1! Our family looks forward to coming back to the area in 2 years, and would love to stay at this property again! Thank you for sharing it with us!
