A small villa. Great location on Aphrodite Hills especially if you are golfers with Aphrodite on site plus Secret Valley and Elea very close. Garden gets the sun in the afternoon. Facilities all fine. We had a very enjoyable stay. We would recommend.

Our stay at 25 Hestiades Green was great, as stated everything was close at hand. The villa was clean, the only thing that kept me from giving five stars for cleanliness was the large rug in the living room was badly soiled. Overall our stay was very enjoyable, I would recommend the villa without hesitation for a great holiday.

Relaxing and Peaceful - Perfect! Had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa. It was like a home from home with everything we could possibly need. I struggle to sleep on holiday normally but the bed was super comfy! The fridge was stocked with essentials which was really appreciated as our flight was quite late arriving in the evening. The views of the golf course from the back garden and upstairs balcony are beautiful and the evening walks are breathtaking looking out over to the sea. Plenty of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and a nice park for the litte one's. There are plenty of other things to entertain the whole family such as the Spa with Gym, Tennis, horse riding, golf etc however, we chose to relax more at the villa by the pool. Aphrodite Waterpark is a great day out for all the family and is an easy 20 minute drive. Cannot wait to come back next year!

Well-appointed villa makes holiday as easy possible! The villa was perfect - we really appreciated how well appointed it was with everything we could possibly need (food bags, cling film, foil, rubber gloves, cleaning stuff etc.) - it saves a lot of space in suitcases and faffing about when you get there knowing how much is provided. The villa was clean on arrival, plenty of towels etc. The local point of contact for the property made a courtesy visit to ensure all was well. The boys loved the pool and it was used every day even in the dark! It's easy to find and close enough to walk to the Aphrodite Hills village square. Parking at the villa is easy. Car rental is highly advised to make the most of the island. I recommend a trip into Paphos to Jumbo for beach toys and pool inflatables. And Gabriel's Tavern in Kouklia is a must - nearby, great food and family friendly!

Lovely homely Villa next to Golf course. Left on Oct 21, 2019 for a stay in Sep 2019 This beautiful 2 bed Villa has everything you could ever wish for in a holiday rental. It is maintained to a very high standard and we particularly appreciated the luxury of the high quality furnishing throughout the property. Everywhere is spotlessly clean both inside and outside the Villa. The garden area overlooks the Golf course but was still private and peaceful during the day to enjoy the beautiful pool, which we did every day. Aphrodities Hills resort on which the Villa is situated has everything you need for your holiday, several restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream parlour, an open air bar area, kebab shop and retail shops all just a short walk down the road...... Perfect. We hired a car for our holiday and as Phaphos and Limasol are short drive away it was ideal to make the most of our stay in Cyprus. Thank you Ashley for letting us stay in your holiday home, we enjoyed every minute and can't wait to be back there for Christmas.

Wonderful 5* villa Left on Sep 24, 2019 for a stay in Aug 2019 We had a wonderful stay at Aphrodite hills. The villa was very clean and exceptionally well equipped. The views were stunning, and our children really enjoyed the pool. The golf complex was clean and had some fab amenities- we particularly enjoyed the live music nights at the bar. Our children also enjoyed the well equipped children play area. I would say that a car is a good idea for exploring, the villa is a close drive to many lovely areas of exploration and supermarkets, tavernas etc. Would def recommend.

Still Perfect Year After Year Left on Sep 15, 2019 for a stay in Aug 2019 Back again to our family favourite holiday villa, still perfect after 12 years ! Ashley's villa is always exceptionally well looked after and has everything you could possibly need for a villa stay. Lovely warm pool and an amazing view over the golf course. Beautiful garden area perfect for lounging in the sun. A short walk to the village square and golf club. We definitely plan to come back again, and again........... Thank you Ashley.
