Clear communication from Joseph and a nice touch with a welcome pack on late arrival. The villa has everything you need and the beach really is a 1 minute walk away. Pool cleaned twice a week and a the villa is very tidy and well looked after. Would absolutely return.

it was perfect for us ,me my wife and grandaughter and her partner .the villa was just across from the beach where the buses stops and stared from so we did not need a car nice pool it was pleasure to stay there .thank you .peter and sue.

Villa just as described - wonderful facilities and everything you need. Peaceful and beautiful area. Everything one needs to know in a folder. No hassles. Paid owner for late checkout which helped. Beach quiet, as with a lot of areas pick time of day to swim due to wind/waves/safety but sea delightful. Local areas and supermarket and restaurants close. Pleased I had a hire car for adventures. Very relaxing villa for family holiday, very pleased to have booked. Trusting site and responsive helpful communications throughout.

We had a nice stay at the villa but it wasn’t as described. There is not a gated entrance to the villa that we stayed in. The gated bit which is broken and taped up with brown parcel tape is further round the estate. The beach is further away than stated and does not look anything like the photos. There are no umbrellas and the sunbeds are reserved for the two closest villas to the beach. The field next to the villa is all churned up so no nice green fields ( not the villa owners fault). The area of Polis is very quiet and rural. There are a few nice restaurants but not much else and no tourist shops, so nice if you don’t like areas that are commercialised. The villa was clean and the owners were very quick to fix the stair handrail as it was coming out the wall and to make the tiles safe around the pool as some had cracked and broken. I wouldn’t use this villa if you have young children as it’s not child friendly. I wouldn’t return to this villa but that is also because of the area.

We arrived late in the evening to find a welcome pack. Beautiful villa, very clean and spacious. Everything you would need in the villa was supplied. Perfect swimming pool for swimmers and non-swimmers. Well located 2 minutes walk to the beach. Thank you Joseph for a wonderful stay, Renata and Pawel.

We had a 14 night stay at Saraliana. We knew the area quite well having stayed locally previously but the location of this villa, right on the coast, is absolutely ideal for those wanting a balance of peace and quiet and access to Polis, Latchi (we were doing various watersports over the holiday) and the various bars along the coastline in Argaka. As a family we like a good pool and this one is excellent, larger than other villas we have stayed in. The four bedrooms meant all had their own space and the basement rooms are great for those who want to escape the heat and have less early morning sunshine coming through the windows (sleepy teens!) . In the evenings my teens enjoyed the ready access to the internet and online movies whilst I barbecued on the veranda. We also enjoyed the access to the beach and the walk along to jump off Limni pier to cool off. The property was spotlessly clean on handover to us and the few queries we had about the villa facilities were dealt with very quickly by Joseph. Checkout was with minimum fuss too. Summary - a great place for those who don't want crowds but don't want to be isolated. Total relaxation.

We booked in 2020 for this villa but only got to use it in 2022, due to lockdown. Joseph was very attentive and responded promptly both before and during the period of rental. We were the only villa occupied in the street which made the stay very peaceful Some of the equipment at the Villa was a little worn but this did not unduly impact the stay.

The property is in a very quiet development but is only 5 minutes from the unspoilt beach of Argaka and a 10 minute drive to Polis. Everything in the property is comfortable and in very good condition. There is only a small patio at the front and no back garden . There are a number of steps up to the pool area. We had a great stay and have no hesitation in recommending it.

We had an enjoyable stay here. In a great location, just a short walk to Coral Bay bars, restaurants & beach. The villa had everything you needed and more. Natasha & Matt
