We were a large party of 11 ,8 adults and 3 children. The villa was spacious ,very clean and there was plenty of room for everybody to do their own thing .We all loved coming together in the evening and having a bbq in the summer kitchen around the large table . Ivica and Sophia were very welcoming and happy to help in any way they could. The children loved the resident cat! . All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Villa Sofia , thank you again. We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Sofia. The villa exceeded our expectations, very well equipped and very clean and tidy. The pool area was brilliant as there was plenty of seating and also shady areas for those who needed it. The view of the mountains was stunning and we all found it very relaxing. The 'summer kitchen' was a great bonus as we had many barbecue meals. The owners, Ivica and Sofia, were delightful and so friendly and couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. They made excellent recommendations for places to eat and also to visit; they also arranged for us to have a meal at a local restaurant which was prepared in traditional Croatian style and was superb; so good and excellent value that we went back a second time; once we had a meat theme and once a fish theme both times we came back very full and an experience you must not miss! We have had many villa holidays but this was the best so far and we hope to return. We thank Ivica and Sofia for allowing us to use their wonderful villa.

Oppholdet hos Ivica var akkurat slik vi ønsket. Vi var fire voksne og to barn. Barnebarna og vi voksne var i og ved bassenget og boblebadet store deler av dagen. Da vi ankom var Ivica til stedet og tok imot oss. Han bestilte plass på en nærliggende restaurant for oss. (Kan anbefales sterkt! Få Ivica til å bestille!) Ivica var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom hele tiden. Huset og fasilitetene på området var som på bildene. Veldig fint. Jeg vil anbefale å bestille leiebil på flyplassen for lett å komme til huset og for å komme litt rundt. Turen inn til Split tok ca. 20 minutter med bil. Her kommer vi svært gjerne tilbake!

Villa Sofia was a great base for our two families of four. Ivica was a great host and the house had everything we needed and lots of space for our group. The kids loved the pool which has a nice view of the mountains. You will need to have a car if you stay here as it is out of town but a good base to travel to Split and other places along the coast.

An absolutely lovely house in the secluded hills with a nice pool and splendid views. Some great walks and everything was exactly as promised. Would highly recommend

The host, Ivica was very helpful, in that he accommodated check-in and check out times to suit our needs, provided us with useful information about the local area, on our arrival (where to eat and shop). During our stay and afterwards we were very impressed with how quickly he responded issues we had, and also how he went out of his way to be kind and helpful. The accommodation was spotlessly clean when we arrived and exactly as described in the listing.

An amazing villa well worth the value. If there is a group of you heading to Croatia this beautiful villa is the one for you. With great scenery and a hot tub over looking the views. Host is great and responsive and made sure to check up ensuring everything was ok! Recommend.
