We spent a great week here. The property is spacious and well appointed. The area is a little quiet but only half an hour walk or 10 mins on bus (only £1.40) to lively beachfront with plenty of bars and resuarants. Also plenty of electric scooters nearby which are also cheap and fun to use. Would definitely recommend the property and Cath was very helpful and easy to deal with.

VILLA OLIVER

Lovely quiet location and only a 15 minute walk to the beach .The outdoor hot tub is great for the end of the day.   A Beautiful villa.

Stayed in March . Had the most wonderful time. Little bit of Luxury in the Villa. With our own pool, towels, hairdryer etc everything we needed. Beds extremely comfortable. Kathy was Amazing...as unfortunately we had our flight cancelled due to Coronavirus...she arranged our flights for us and even got our shopping. Such a Friendly bubbly Lady. Would not hesitate to stay there again! Lovely bright, Luxurious accomodation , sunshine and a lovely host. What more could you want!! Very Satisfied Customer.

VILLA 5 BED, 3 BATH VILLA WITH MOUNTAIN VIEWS (Case Lottie)

This was our 3rd time visiting Lanzarote and the 2nd stay at this villa, a perfect location, perfect villa for just 2 of you or for up to 10! We love the space and the flexibility that the villa offers. Beautiful views and a fab pool and jacuzzi makes it ideal! We love it so much we are going back again!


The villa was everything we hoped for and more. Every year my sisters and I go on holiday together with our children.... This time 5 under 4 years old. Kathy made booking the villa so easy, helped with baby cots, push chairs, high tables, car rental recommendations and more. All of my questions/emails were answered within a couple of hours, brilliant! The villa... Plenty of off road parking and super easy to get to from the airport. Only 20 mins relaxed walk to the beach (beautiful) with little ones. Bedrooms- fabulous. Some have AC, not all. Plenty of wardrobe space for clothes and moving around the bedrooms. Plenty of bathroom space too. The living room/dinning space - wow this area is huge, very light, open with lots of sofa seating and dinning seating. With the little ones there was lots of space to play and move around without being on top of each other (they LOVED the villa) The kitchen is great, loads of mugs, plates, bowls and blender! (Great for making baby food) The pool is heated to an ideal temperature. We couldn't get the little ones out of there. Even on the couple of grey windy days we had we could play happily (for hours) in the pool. They loved the hot tub too... As did the adults. The management company who look after the villa are great too and came back to us within 15 mins! Overall we had a brilliant time, everything was ideal and it's a shame the week went so fast! Thanks Kathy Location - great. 20 mins walk to the beautiful beach. Extra 10 to the marina if you turn left at the beach or extra 10 to lots more restaurants if you turn right at the beach. Only 10 mins walk to a supermarket from the villa. If you have a car there are some better ones which you need to drive too with more to offer. Really easy 30 minute drive from the airport.

This villa ticked all the boxes and we couldn't have asked for more. Immaculately clean and very well equipped. Lovely private location with fantastic views but close enough to the beach and shops. The hot tub was total luxury, we just wished we'd used it more!! Kathy and the Management Co were extremely helpful and we had a fabulous week - thank you. Cannot wait to return and would highly recommend.

Our two families stayed at Casa Charlotte in February for a week during the UK school holidays and had a fantastic time. We made full use of all the facilities - including the pool, hot tub, games area and barbecue. Both the indoor and outdoor areas of the villa are spacious, clean and very well equipped and maintained. Cathy dealt with our booking personally and professionally and there were no concerns prior to arriving that everything wouldn't be OK. We encountered a minor issue (a blown fuse) during our stay which is no reflection on the accommodation and could happen to anyone at any time. We mention it here only to highlight the speed, efficiency and friendliness that the management company dealt with it. It was a really nice touch that Cathy contacted us after the holiday to check that we'd had a good time. Regarding activities, we really did a 'mix and match' - days out exploring the island (Cactus Garden, Volcanoes and El Golfo were particular highlights) and days in enjoying the facilities at the villa. Similarly, Playa Blanca has a multitude of places to eat out (which we did) but the villa's kitchen, barbecue and dining areas (indoor and outdoor) meant that it was just as good to eat in sometimes as well. All in all, a fantastic place to which we would readily return.
 

Thank you for a wonderful holiday and for all your support when we where there. Before arrival Kathy sent a pack out with just about everything you needed to know about the location, restaurants, bars, villa, maintenance and taxi's (including directions from Arrecife airport to villa in Spanish). Upon arrival the villa was everything I expected and more; air conditioning, heated pool, Jacuzzi, games room, bathrooms (all with bath, shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet. towels included) living rooms, fully fitted kitchen and terraces on one of the bedrooms. Now here is the more, the living room had all facilities to suit a large family including, three couches (one of the being a L-shaped), A large led television, satellite, cd player (again with a selection of music cd's), a selection of books including another information pack that was filled with information about everything on the island (we also included a few extras).  The kitchen had everything including fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, kettle, oven &amp; grill (with complimentary tea/coffee/sugar), kitchen utilities (also the cups where both glass &amp; plastic) and two dinning tables (one inside &amp; one outside). The pool area had deck chairs all around (use the beach towels provided), chairs with table &amp; umbrella, a Jacuzzi which was lovely (included are instructions in the pack for everything, I advise to go through the pack provided before doing anything),a built in barbeque (with all barbeque utilities) and a lovely garden all around the pool. There was a supermarket about 10 min walk from the villa (information pack informs you of supermarkets and taxi no.s also taxi receptionist talks both Spanish and English which helps).  I had the good fortune to meet both Kathy out in Playa Blanca  the amount of effort she pust into there villa's to make sure everything is right when you arrive was amazing. I highly recommend booking with Kathy and will be booking again next year, thank you for an outstanding villa, a credit to you.  All the best in the future, see you next year. Thanks......
