This is a very nice villa with a lot of space and every amenity. Pool is large too Quiet village only about 3km from Dubrovnik airport. We didn’t bother with a rental car as the supermarket is very close and the restaurant behind it is just super (food great).. hosts were great too. Mocici is close by Cervtat where a ferry leaves for Dubrovnik old town. Great but sometimes getting an Uber to get down there is tricky as it’s such a short journey. Thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Ruth srpanj 2020. Tonca’s place is delightful. For those of you that may be concerned about any air traffic noise from the airport, don’t be! we barely heard any aeroplanes during our entire 7 day stay. The place is in a great location, restaurant and supermarket 5 mins away and a nice pathway walk behind the house. You will want a car for your stay to get around. The pool and garden area are lovely. What really sets this property apart is the host Tonca. She is by far the kindest host we have experienced . She made great reservations following recommendations (the riverside restaurant is a MUST!), brought round offerings and treated us all with such warmth and kindness. Would 100% recommend!!!!

We stayed at Tonca’s villa for the week of our wedding we had in Cavtat. The night of our wedding we came back to the most beautiful cake and local spirit as a present to us. Nothing seemed too much for her and the place was perfect for what we wanted! Highly recommend :)

A Peaceful and tranquil location just minutes from the airport and very close to lovely places to explore like Cavtat. The villa is situated in a small local community with a supermarket and nice restaurant 5 mins walk away and 2 mins drive to the main road taking you to Dubrovnik one way or the border with Montenegro the other way. Amazingly the villa has very little aircraft noise and so peaceful and quiet with a nice pool and garden stretching into a rugged orchard and forest beyond. We enjoyed drinks on the balcony amongst bird songs a little local laughter and beautiful sunsets and uninterrupted long sleeps. We found everything we expected and needed for our stay in the villa but did not expect the amazing hospitality of our hosts who were so unbelievably kind, thoughtful and helpful during our entire stay! Tonca' arrived several times with gifts of fruit from their garden, home made cake and fresh towels and advice of places to visit and eat, she truly made our stay one of the best we have experienced in our many years of renting holiday homes...we look forward to returning next year!

We had three fantastic days in Tonca´s house - everything was perfect. There was a lot of space inside and outside the house and all the equipment we cuold think of. Tonca and her husbond took so good care of us and they are the sweetest couple.

We had a really peaceful stay here and our children loved the pool. We were able to walk to Cavtat, where there were lots of nice restaurants. From Cavtat it is possible to get a boat to Dubrovnik and avoid the holiday traffic. We wished we had booked the villa for longer.

The villa is spotlessly clean, has great areas for bbq and sitting around relaxing and drinking and the pool is wonderful. The backdrop of the woodlands leading to the Adriatic makes it a perfect stay. Eat at the local restaurant or in Cavtat 5 minutes away by taxi

The place is better and bigger than shown in the photos. Particularly the garden and the pool are fantastic as is the shaded seating area on the upper and lower terrace.

This place is amazing. Such a beautifully setting with everything you need in one place. The kitchen is well equipped and the air con is perfect especially in the summer. The pool area is amazing and the pool was perfectly clean. The local area around the villa is peacefully quite with a small supermarket within 5-10 mins walk and a lovely small restaurant which serves lovely food: Cavtat is a short taxi ride and Uber is available as well as local taxi numbers in the villa too. I genuinely can not fault this villa and Tonca is the perfect host - thank you and we would love to come back x
