We had a great weeks holiday as a family. There were many things we liked about the property, such as the pool, cool rooms indoors, table tennis, pool table and table football. We liked the outdoor dining and privacy of the property. There were a number of small but significant things we didn’t like. These included tiles missing from the pool, and a light fitting in the pool breaking away from the side. When I phoned about the risk from electricity, I was told to simply leave it and everything would be okay. There were a few cobwebs around the property, many ants in the bath downstairs, broken door fittings and a broken shower support. All these were minor tasks which really should have been dealt with before the rental. The upstairs kitchen had plenty of equipment, but of course in midsummer we wanted to be outside around the pool most of the time. The downstairs kitchen was very limited in equipment and it was not possible to use the electric hob and electric oven at the same as it overloaded the fuse box. Overall we had a positive experience, and really liked the accommodation, it was easy enough to book Ubers to go to the beach and shops, etc. We would strongly recommend to the owners to deal with the maintenance items before taking bookings.

We had a fantastic week here. The kids loved the pool and games. We ate all our meals in the shaded outdoor area and enjoyed several BBQs. Being a little bit out of town (30 minute walk), the area was very quiet and peaceful. Supermarkets within easy reach. Owner was very friendly and on hand to deal with any issues. He recommended beaches along the coast which were definitely worth a visit. A fantastic villa, we could have stayed!

We had a lovely stay in this villa. The villa is very big, 5 bedrooms, 3bathrooms, 2kitchens. Main kitchen very well equiped. Sitting room had large tv and could log into Netflix. Air con was great. The pool was the best part, it was a large pool, half shallow half very deep. Kids had an absolute amazing time in the pool. Location is great, very quiet yet close enough to Armacao and also Albufeira. Ubers are so so cheap to get around, cost less than €4 to get an Uber to Lidl. Full house was cleaned after a week, bed linen and towels changed -the two cleaners did a great job especially considering the heat! Pool was regularly cleaned and topped up. The communication with the agency was not very good. I had to chase them up to day before we were going to confirm the transfers. I got no reply from the agency here on the clickstay's messaging system so I had to Google the agency to find a phone number and even then it still took a long time to get confirmation. It was evening time the day before we were leaving which meant we were panicking a lot. They didn't let the owner know we needed two extra beds. Also to confirm check out details, I sent a message and didn't hear back until the following day. But apart from that, the villa itself was lovely and I would highly recommend it . We had a fantastic stay at property Villa was clean area remote which we liked Pool was lovely but pool area and equipment could be cleaner is our only small criticism (windy days covered with sand and no hose to wash /spray cleaner and pool filter didn’t always clear pool)but didn’t stop enjoyment we had Villa was lovely and big and you felt safe and secure ideal for family’s The villa is so well fitted out with 2 kitchens and 5 beds and 3 bathrooms A big thankyou from us

Excellent villa. Clean with all you require. Brilliant BBQ area, brilliant pool area, all in all a fantastic stay full of home comforts. Dog issue seems to have resolved itself as never heard a peep from any dog. Would go back. Only negative issue was we were only issued with one key between seven of us. Made it quite awkward at times when the younger contingent wanted to do things away from the oldies. Apart from this an excellent week in an excellent villa.
