A very pleasant stay in a very well-laid-out villa with all necessary appliances. You do need a car, however, as the beach is a bit of a distance away and it makes grocery shopping easier. Thank you. Christophe

We returned to Apartment 353 this year after absolutely loving our stay last time, and it was every bit as good as we remembered — if not better! This was our second stay, and within just a few days of arriving, we had already rebooked for next year. I think that says everything about how much we love this apartment! It really does feel like a home away from home. The apartment is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. We honestly wouldn’t change a thing. The rooftop solarium is still one of our favourite things about the apartment. It’s such a lovely private space to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the sunshine, while the pool is just a short walk away and, as before, was immaculate. We also love the location. It’s peaceful and secure within the gated community, but everything you need is close by. Villamartin Plaza, La Fuente and the local supermarket are all within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Once again, Stephen was fantastic to deal with and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. James was also brilliant with the airport transfer and his local knowledge. After two fantastic stays, Apartment 353 has definitely become our happy place. ❤️ We’ve already booked for next year and are counting down the days until we’re back! 🇪🇸☀️ Thank you again for another amazing stay — we’ll see you next year! 🥰

Holiday Review – Apartment 353 My partner and I stayed at Apartment 353 for 8 days, and we honestly loved it so much that we rebooked while still on holiday! From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d made the right choice. The apartment felt so welcoming and comfortable — the photos really don’t do it justice. It’s set in a lovely gated community that feels safe and peaceful, and the whole area has a relaxed vibe. The pool is just a short two-minute walk away and is kept absolutely spotless — perfect for a refreshing dip during the day. One of our favourite features was the private rooftop solarium — ideal for sunbathing, relaxing with a book, or enjoying a quiet evening drink in the sun. It really added something special to our stay! The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need — all we had to bring were our clothes. It’s clean, cosy, and well-equipped, making it feel like a real home away from home. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. It’s a 15-minute stroll to Villamartin Plaza with all its restaurants and bars, 25 minutes to La Fuente, and just 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket — so convenient, but still nice and quiet. Stephen, who we booked through, was great to deal with — always quick to respond to emails — and James, who picked us up from the airport, was super friendly and full of helpful local tips. The whole experience was so smooth and thoughtful — from the airport transfers to all the little touches in the apartment, you can tell the team genuinely cares about making your stay special. We can’t wait to return — already counting down the days!

The pictures don’t do it justice,it was bigger than we expected,great sun trap on the roof with sun loungers ,10 minutes walk to bars and restaurants,no need to travel out as there is plenty of places to eat,lots of English channels including sport channels on t v .would definitely go back to this house again pool 1 minuet walk lovely 10 day stay

Unfortunately, the night before our flight out (peak season- August), we were emailed to say that the property was double booked and were offered an apartment instead of this villa. We had no option but to stay there the first night as the original booking was cancelled so close to our flights leaving for Spain and there was no availability for anywhere else. The management team, Tate House blames the owner for taking their own bookings. It was allegedly booked out for two weeks. They then said we could not go into it after the two weeks (our holiday was longer) as they no longer rented it out as they did not want to be associated with this owner. We had no choice but to stay in the apartment , or go home, which we weren’t going to do so made the best of it. I now realise through researching this company that this is a trick they use. A place is advertised to get you to book with them but another one you have never seen is given to you. They have done this to other holiday makers too if you look hard enough you can find the reviews. I think I have learned to never use a management company again if I want to guarantee I get what I requested. Don’t get me wrong, they do give you a place to stay- just not where you have booked. I suppose it’s an underhand way of making sure all properties are rented out, regardless of the customer’s choice. After we returned home, the property appeared back on with them- after telling me they would never rent this one out again... it is obviously the one they use to hook you in to renting with them. It is such a shame an otherwise organised company sink to underhand methods just to keep their books full. I hope that you read this review and realise all is not what it seems with Tate management company, and only rent with this warning in mind. The apartment we were given was okay- just not what we had booked or wanted.

Stayed her many years ago when we used to have our annual holidays here, but lost contact. Managed to find the property again 11 years later and it didn't disappoint, it was like going back to visit an old relative. The property had been updated with new bathroom, a few new bits here and there, much better tv, but one of the main reasons is we love it is the big sunbathing terrace above the house. We BBQ most nights up there and it was so nice not to be overlooked or disturbed, it's very private, which is what we like. Can be a bit tricky however taking plates etc up and down the stairs so wear something that grips. It's best if you hire a car to get about but is not essential as there's local shops and restaurants a 5 to 10 mins walk, and the Plaza which is about 15 mins walk. The pool area is nice and clean but you'll need to take your own beds, or whatever you need. There's lots of residents so you need to respect that. We will be going back again, as it feels like home.

Fantastic property and location to all amenities with in walking distance. The only criticism is very hard beds which gave us all back aches, and sunlougers on solarium broken. One major issue was that the cleaners broke a shelf in the bathroom, before we arrived and assured management company it was all cleaned up. Not the case as we went to use the bathroom on our first day and found glass under the bathroom door(dragging noise) all in the bath and on the floor very dangerous, health and safety issue. We feel management company needs to go back and check villas before new arrivals arrive.

I cannot rate this beautiful villa highly enough. Every thing you could possibly need is provided... A real home from home! Spotlessly clean inside and out. The hosts are lovely people and can't do enough for you... Including taking two of our party to the airport when they had to sadly leave early. I would recommend a hire car if you like to explore. The pool area is lovely and well maintained with sun loungers provided. We had a lovely stay and will certainly be booking again next year! 😍
