We've spent one week family vacation in this wonderfull , comfortable location, with a nice garden that everyone enjoyed, including our dog. Stamatis was a great host, welcoming us with local products, allowing early check in and late check out, helping us with advices about the island. We have felt like home.

Regina Rossa exceeded our expectations, an absolutely beautiful Villa in a very pretty place. We had a fantastic time as a large group of friends and the landlord was very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback I have is that we felt that we were never truly alone, the landlord is often around the grounds and a member of our party who was staying in one of the lower rooms could hear the landlord and cleaning staff coming and leaving frequently. She felt she had no privacy. We were also disappointed that the pool was out of use twice during a 5 day stay. This only affected us on one occasion when we arrived back from a day out and wanted to use the pool in the afternoon/early evening and we were told that it had cleaning chemicals in it but would be ok for the following day. The second time it was fine as it was overnight so I would recommend telling guests on arrival of the days the cleaning needs to happen and arranging suitable evenings in advance. Apart from this we would highly recommend a holiday here, we all enjoyed our stay and think that the Villa is superb. We would consider returning!

We stayed at the villa with all family. We had wonderful time. All was perfect. Villa is very well maintained, very stylish, decorated with local touch, equipped with all you need, rooms are very cozy and comfortable. Set up of villa is so great that we could enjoy time together looking to such a wonderful views! Host Stamatis was very helpful and nice - thank you for local delicious treats! Looking very much forward to come back!

An absolutely amazing villa with incredible views! So much space for 13 of us and hosts very helpful for accommodating requests and sorting transfers for us! Hugely appreciated and would love to return!

This is a really excellent villa, especially for large groups. The set-up and location are perfect. The property is really two joined houses. For us, this brought the advantage of some of the group being able to have a little bit of space (i.e the adults without young children). But the great thing is that the living areas of the larger house are all huge and quite able to accommodate everyone. The decor is maybe slightly tired in a couple of places, and is traditional Greek rather than modern chic, but the whole villa is bright and airy and has a lovely feel with lots of nice finishing touches. I don't think any of the photos do justice to the incredible views, either. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the walk to Roda for bakery and beach is quite manageable. The property is also scrupulously clean, with two linen changes and cleans during our week there. Stamatis and George were extremely responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend

We had a wonderful four-day stay at Villa Rosa. The house is ideal for larger groups – we were 14 in total and it never felt crowded. The layout is well thought out, with private bathrooms for added comfort. Despite being a big group, it was always easy to find a quiet corner to relax. The villa’s hillside location offers stunning sea views, and there are plenty of shaded seating areas both indoors and out. The kitchens are fully equipped, making it easy to cook for everyone. The interiors are tastefully furnished, with a clear attention to detail – no plastic furniture in sight. The infinity pool and sun loungers were a highlight, and the garden and terrace are beautifully maintained, complete with flowers, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. I highly recommend Villa Rosa for anyone travelling with a group. The only negative thing is the road leading up to the villa, prepare for a really bumpy ride :)

Wonderful week The house is of high quality, thanks to its amenities and location, plus the sea view. It offers many possibilities. It lives up to the advertised promises.The host, named Stamatis, is very available for any questions.The house was cleaned twice during the week of our stay.The park, with its vegetation, and of course, the pool, are a delight for children, with cats that often roam around, but small children must be supervised around the pool and on steep slopes.Highly recommended

Amazing property and manager- we would stay again! 11 adults total rented this house for a week in June 2024. It was beyond wonderful! The view is amazing (which included the sea, Albania, and nightly sunsets). There was plenty of space (and the two-house arrangement made it feel even more spacious- especially as the second fridge could hold extra water and beer!). Everyone loved their rooms- each has a balcony overlooking the sea- and the individual AC per room was very handy. Plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of space for a large party. The pool is very well-maintained and was so refreshing at the end of a long day, has convenient seating, and an outdoor shower. And the house has a great location- easy drive to Roda and its shops/beaches- and other beaches along the north coast- and also in walking distance of a really good local taverna (though the driveway is an uphill walk on the way home). The owner, Stamatis, was very responsive, answering any questions, giving advice, and addressing any of our needs; he also met us at check-in which was great. He hooked us up with a private chef as well as a day-long private boat trip along the coast. There was maid service every other day (fresh sheets, towels etc), which we had not expected so a wonderful surprise! All of us would stay here again!

Great getaway… well located! Left on Sep 24, 2017 for a stay in Sep 2017 The place is well situated, within a short walk to beach and town, yet quiet and very private. Loved the grounds - beautiful pool, outdoor kitchen with stone bbq and multiple dining areas. We were two couples, and enjoyed the space and privacy it afforded us. Clean and well equipped.
