We had a wonderful time at Athena Villa. The contact with the hosts of the Villa were fantastic; available to answer questions swiftly with both professionalism and care. The villa was beautiful, clean and with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Incredible hospitality when allowing us to stay longer due to our late flight departure. We had previously booked a villa with another company who had let us down terribly just a day before our original flight, but any concerns we had booking with Rhodes Holidays Property Management were soon put to rest thanks to Stefanos and his team. My son has already started to talk about booking it again next year! Thank you; we loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa as a large, mixed-age family, and it suited everyone really well. The children especially loved the pool and spent hours enjoying it! The villa was clean, tidy and very well equipped, with great facilities throughout. Having a dishwasher and washing machine was particularly useful for a larger family, and we made good use of both during our stay. The surrounding area is still being developed, but this didn’t detract from our experience at the villa. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay, and spoke very good English. Our flight was late and then delayed, but he very kindly stayed up to meet us and make sure our check-in went smoothly. We were also incredibly grateful for his flexibility on our final day. Although checkout was officially at 10am, we had a later return flight and he generously allowed us to stay longer and continue using the villa and its facilities. This made our last day much easier and was very much appreciated. Overall, we had a lovely family stay and found the villa comfortable, clean and well equipped. The owner’s hospitality and willingness to accommodate us really stood out. We would happily recommend the villa, particularly for larger families or groups.

We had a great stay at the villa. The outdoor space was fantastic and we loved all the different areas to sit and relax. The villa was great but had a few things that needed attention, not enough cups or glasses in kitchen, cupboard doors broken in kitchen, floors not clean in kitchen and lounge, towels could be changed mid week, more than one key provided to property. These issues wouldn’t stop us booking again.

The holiday was one of the best we've had. We were two families with hire cars which I would say is a must if you want to see all of the island as you are in the South. We visited so many beaches and different tavernas and bars and even though Gennadi is quiet, we weren't bored at all. The people are lovely. We would definitely book again!

We had 2 weeks at this beautiful villa on the edge of Kolymbia and it was fantastic! The villa is lovely with plenty of space, clean, homely and air-con which was a god-send! The biggest selling point is the enormous swimming pool - clean, great temperature, proper deep end with a diving board the kids loved! The grounds are beautiful with a massive driveway, plenty of shadey areas to sit in, x6 sun-loungers & x2 umbrellas, a BBQ, a hot tub, and a secure gated entry system to the villa. Communication with owners was fast & helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Madia to anyone.

Fantastic location and situated right on the beach front. Sun rise in the morning is wonderful. Owners were fantastic and were there when we needed them. Cannot fault it. Fantastic place. Thank you for having us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Onda Vista Villa. It is in a great location, easy access to the main road around the island and close proximity to the airport. Due the close proximity to the airport, there were planes flying overhead, which you get used to after a couple of days. The owners and Antonionis took great care of us and we're very welcoming. The villa is well-equipped, well laid out with a delightful swimming pool and jacuzzi. The beachside location provides a pleasant setting and is ideal for early morning strolls or cycling. Highly recommend this property.

The property was great very well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay . The pool was lovely and the area so quiet with a few tavernas within walking distance. The beach was a 5 minute drive away and is beautiful and secluded with lots of restaurants with panaromic views within a 10 minute drive. I would recommend the villa to couples and families .

Great property. Near my shops, bars and restaurants are ok, but best to have a car. The villa is great, really nice for lazing my the pool.
