Nice quiet area Pool was really nice Good size villa well laid out Really great beach a mile away Easy to find. Very relaxing. Good domestic appliances etc for cooking. Outside area needs a bit of TLC around the artificial grass. Would stay there again.

A beautiful villa with everything we needed for a 2 weeks stay for my family. A fantastic TV and Wi-FI coverage which meant my kids needs were constantly met. We could even get wi-fi signal by the pool which is an added bonus!! A lovely clean villa with everything we needed for a 2 weeks stay and loads of outside space with very new bathrooms and kitchen facilities. Lovely clean, large & warm pool with the villa also within easy access to Javea & Moraira. No hesitation in supplying 5* recommendation!!!

Fabulous holiday. Beautiful villa. Pool and terrace very private. Everest Spice Restaurant food was lovely and only 5 minute walk from villa.

We had an amazing holiday. The kids loved it too, they were either in the pool, playing the giant connect 4 in the garden or when they had enough sun, they would play on the xbox in the lounge. Having your own private bar is a great idea for drinks by the pool, my husband enjoyed being barman! We also tried 3 of the restaurants that we could walk to from the villa, a pizzeria, an Indian and a Greek restaurant the food was amazing at each...and they were child friendly too! Can't wait to come back to this villa.

Villa Joya has recently been refurbished and most of the appliances and furnishings are new. It is in a good elevated location with great views of the woods at the rear of the villa and only a few minutes drive to the sandy Arenal Beach in Javea. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa which was very comfortable and the British TV channels meant my wife could enjoy an episode of Murder She Wrote and Columbo on ITV3. We also enjoyed the pool and BBQ. I will definitely recommend this villa to my friends and family.

Great property with a fantastic garden/pool. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday then this is the villa to hire! The property is situated in a quiet residential area. You will need to hire a car as there is not a lot to do near by, but a 15 minute car drive will take you to the nearest beach lArenel and the heart of the entertainment area. The villa is of a very high standard and has been well maintained everything you need is provided and more! The games room proved a big hit with our teenagers and the pool is perfect. We spent every day by the pool and visited some of the plentiful restaurants each evening. Alisa the letting agent was a delight to deal with and we will definitely be coming back for another visit.
